oh wellll wanted them to stick at #3 but 4 is still good :P

so could The Fame finally exit the top 10 next week! :o probably not, due to the VMAs this week

 

anyway, happy for Brandon- hes certainly had a good start, and glad XX got top 3 and Hurts top 5 :D

The Killers frontman will return in September with his debut solo project entitled 'Flamingo'. Brandon Flowers said he missed his remaining bandmates when he was laying down tracks for the record, despite the fact he had drummer Ronnie Vannucci on board.

 

"It was weird," he said. "Without the union and The Killers and that way of doing things and friendship. I had fun making the record but that brotherhood didn't exist. At times it was a little bit lonely." - HMV

Flamingo was originally intended to be another Killers album but the other Killers wanted to take a break so Brandon said 'well f*** you guys, I'll do it on my own'
