October 12, 201014 yr And Nick Clegg is a f***ing idiot, he signed a pledge during the election that university fees wont go up, Nick Clegg is deputy prime minister, second in command, he has the second biggest say in the country basically, and what does he do, f*** all, doesnt even fight it. Lib Dems arent going to be voted for again and it's all Cleggs fault.
October 12, 201014 yr so you are happy for your daughter to pay basically triple what uni students pay now and be paying back for half her life? if she can afford it that is, seeing as you are obviously not the richest family in the world (seeing as you are on benefits right?) so your daughter probaly wont get the chance to go to uni just due to the rise in fees. i really dont see how you could support this. I will lend her the money and she will pay back when she gets a highly paid job, which most Graduates get eventually. Maybe not straight away.

Ministerial car, salary, protection etc. Tell me you'd do anything different to him in his position right now? It's dog eat dog world. Edited October 12, 201014 yr by Common Sense

October 12, 201014 yr Also, why should those who leave education at 18, and don't go to Uni, and I know one, pay tax to support students who spend half their time at Uni drinking? Woah woah woah. Are you fucking retarded? Half of f***ing Dundee spends more than half their time drinking and only a tiny portion of them are students. AND, booze money and tuition money are two separate things you complete moron. The tuition fees are paid directly to the institution, and booze money is money you get from this magical thing called a job. f*** sake, if you are going to insult hundreds of thousands of university students by using ridiculous out of date stereotypes get your facts straight you lazy bone idle work shy sponging c**t

October 12, 201014 yr Clegg's thinking of himself as every Politician does. Ministerial car, salary, protection etc. Tell me you'd do anything different to him in his position right now? It's dog eat dog world. I would do differently if I was in is position now, if you are a politician you should be thinking of the people, not just standing there while Cameron f***s the country up, i couldnt give a $h!t about salary etc in that position i'd be fighting for the right decisions to be made. And if Clegg wants to be elected again then he should get off his arse and stop going back on everything he said during the election, the future of the Liberal Democrat party is f***ed because of him now.

Oh I have Swiss bank accounts to delve in to if necessary. If that is the case [which it quite obviously isnt] why exactly would you be living off the government?

We're all in this together, as Dave says. I'll probably be called for a medical interview soon and declared fit for work when I'm not fit at all but I doubt I'll be able to overturn the decision. The Con-Dems are fooking us all. Edited October 12, 201014 yr by Common Sense

I'll probably be called for a medical interview soon and declared fit for work when I'm not fit at all but I doubt I'll be able to overturn the decision. No $h!t sherlock. And actually, as everyone bar Craig has been saying there is no need for us to get mental with swinging cuts especially when our economy is so fragile. If we're all in this together, quit your cryin an get a job.

October 12, 201014 yr I may have to soon. Why the angry face? You are perfectly able to work so why shouldn't you be a productive member of society?
October 12, 201014 yr Seriously though ... didn't everyone know this would happen? I don't mean just this ... but that the Lib-Dems would go along with what the Tory's want. The Liberal Democrats (or whatever that third party calls itself) would never and will never get into power as a party on their own. This is the only chance Cleggie and Cable and all the other 'wets' as Margaret Thatcher would have called them ... will ever be in any position of power ... and personal power and wealth is what they are all about rather than their constituents. I'm glad that the Lib Dems have been shown up for what they are. As a Labour supporter (yes ... I know Blair was a tw*t ... but I'd still vote Labour) I've never ever seen the Lib Dems as anything other than watered-down Tories. I don't know where people get the idea that they were ever closer to Labour at heart than to the Conservatives. They're just Tories in disguise ... or as they'd call it ... with a conscience. Hopefully ... at the next election (whowever gets in ... and it'll probably be the Tories by a comfortable margin this time) we will see the Liberal Democrat presence slashed and then mercificully kill it off for good ... because all the Liberal Democrats (once Liberal Party) have EVER done is to get in the way. October 12, 201014 yr Why the angry face? You are perfectly able to work so why shouldn't you be a productive member of society? I happen to suffer from severe clinical depression and am no way fit for work.
