October 5, 201015 yr ALL MALE TOP 5 ON BOTH CHARTS?! :o I wonder if Buzzjack approve... :kink: I LOVE all five of the tracks in the top five (yes even Shame!), so I most definitely approve :D
October 5, 201015 yr Mark Ronson is holding well, great ! I've just realised that Mark's had two No.2 singles and two No.2 albums in the UK without a #1...talk about NU SASH! :drama:
October 5, 201015 yr Hmmm...Big slump for Kylie on singles and it seems to have done nothing to improve sales of the album either :( not too surprised by the big drop for the singles, as it's probably where she is in download charts. and it will not sell that big amout of physicals in it's second week. this really proofs how important they are for her to still get a good chart position. really thougt "shame" would be no. 1 in the 1st meedweeks. maybe their physicals and the amount of pre-orders were much smaller than everyone expected. will be interesting to see if "fu" can expand it's lead over the week. October 5, 201015 yr Gutted for Professor Green :( i know there's not many fans on here so no one really cares but it's definitely one of the highlights of the album and deserves to be so much bigger! It's a catchy song, getting plenty of airplay, A-listed on radio 1, great video, appealing to chavs, so really don't understand why it's flopped?? Edited October 5, 201015 yr by mango7

Its the 3rd single of the album usually third singles don't do that well unless you are a big major artist like... cough... Rihanna cough... Beyonce cough...
October 5, 201015 yr Not bad for Robbie Williams. "Strictly" bump. It's a catchy song after a few listen.
October 5, 201015 yr I know download album sales aren't that much, but Cee-Lo's EP is #2 on iTunes whilst there isn't one for 'Shame'. Probably added a couple of thousand to its tally I imagine.,.. I know I bought the full EP for f*** You, seemed decent value at £1.99 when the track alone was 99p. Anyway, f*** yes at Cee Lo being #1 in the mids (or forget yes as the case may be).
October 5, 201015 yr Author I wonder how the track will go in the chart books, probably as Forget You instead of F**.k You. As for my records I've got it as F**.k You
October 5, 201015 yr I wonder how the track will go in the chart books, probably as Forget You instead of F**.k You. As for my records I've got it as F**.k You The CD single leads with Forget You with F*ck You as the b-side, so it will almost certainly be listed as the former.
October 5, 201015 yr Wow at Cee-Lo! a very good lead there :o I expected Shame to sell well on physicals, it hasnt really picked up yet, it could increase over the week I guess, can see it being very close on sunday and great for Tinie in the albums and Mumford and Sons :cheer: :o the 'Mumford and sons and friends' thing thats on radio 1 tonight, should give it a further boost :D
October 5, 201015 yr What a mixed bag of news this week, gutted with Kylie's drop in the singles chart, i really hope it scrape top 30 on sunday, hopefully the album can stay top 40. Delighted with robbie and gary doing so well as i love shame. And brilliant news to see the fantastic imelda may top 10 in the albums its fantastic album
October 5, 201015 yr A few weeks ago, I would have been quite surprised if Cee Lo Green would have been as high as top 5, and I was almost certain that Robbie and Gary were going to be #1, but now there's such hype around 'F**k You' which I never saw coming! It's a fantastic song though, so I won't complain about it being #1. :P

Given Rob and Gary's failure to hit the top ... if Take That's new single The Flood manages to beat off the competition (and it will be stiff given the CIN single) and get to number 1 ... is there a chance people could be saying 'Ah ... so Mark, Jason and Howard were the talented ones in the band!' Kath
October 5, 201015 yr Does anybody know if Kelly Rowland "Forever and a Day" was released this week? No sign of it And so glad Robbie and Gary aren't no.1
