Posted October 10, 201014 yr Katy's been confirmed to perform on The X Factor next Sunday, on the results show! :D I'm mega-pleased (although it was deadly obvious.) I'm unsure as to what she'll perform, although I think it'll be a Shakira-style performance of 'Firework' (Shakira-style meaning it was performed mid-way between the release of two singles, for the record :P,) although it could be 'Teenage Dream' - or even a mash-up of both! :D

October 18, 201014 yr She wasn't all that, as expected. Visually of course it was great, but the voice ain't good (although it did sound better towards the end.) Give that pyrotechnic a number one single!
October 18, 201014 yr I really don't get this song, the chorus is so grating! The X Factor performance wasn't all that, either. Sure, she can put on a show, but apart from that... October 18, 201014 yr The best bit I like is the "breakdown" where she sings "Boom, Boom, Boom. Even brighter than the moon, moon, moon" part of the song. (I want to say it's the bridge? :unsure: - I'm not good with technical words :lol:) But I thought this performance was so much better than what I was reading suggested. Yes, her vocals weren't brilliant, but everyone knows Katy isn't the best live vocalist ever. She's improved vocally though and I thought the performance was pretty great. I preferred Diana's performance overall, but this was still wow! :wub:
