This isn't a pre-order, it's Gyptian's album

The song HY(HY) is album-only for some reason

The Wanted are dropping fast- this could be a bit of a FITP

I think Fight For This Love got to number 1 on the pre-order albums chart a few weeks before- I think Promise This will definitely not sell as much, maybe over 100k

All Time Low dropped quite quickly and then evened off... HV could be doing the same.

Just rechecked and it is a Pre-order. The Single EP for £1.79

Rihanna entered the Irish charts today at 20 and Cheryl at 29 after one day on the charts.Last time something like this happened was when Taio Cruz went in at 26. Rihanna was 6 places higher, she's now 1 on Itunes. Hopefully she'll do as well in UK:l But i think after the Chezza XF performance, she'll squeeze to number 1! Love both these songs:L Rihanna mmore tho:l

Oh, that must be relatively new. I know his album was around that position a few days ago.

Diana starting to fall now down to 17 :/

Anyone noticed Sam Pepper on the rise #73 :o

Plus Davina just tweeted her 406,000 follows so expect it to rise a bit more.

On the RiRi and Cheryl debate...Love both songs but hope RiRi gets it!

I love both songs too. Promise This is much better than Fight for This Love.

I prefer Rihanna's song, and I don't mean this in a cruel way, but I want her to get another #2.

Does anybody know the record for the most #2s by an artist?

Also, that new Devlin song is amazing! I hope it gets top 20 at least.

According to Everyhit.com, it's Elvis with 17 - though 8 of those were reissues of songs that had already reached #1.

If you exclude those then it's Madonna with 12. Although Madonna has also had a song reach #2 twice. Kylie also has 11 "unique" #2s.

If you exclude artists that got to #1 (which I presume you're not, as Rihanna has had #1s) then it's Sash! with 5.

Wow. Thanks. :)

I think Rihanna's on 8 now? 2 from her first album, 2 from her second, 2 from Rated R, and then Live Your Life and Love the Way You Lie. I might be wrong about that. Only Girl might get her up to 9. :o

If Rihanna keeps getting 3 #2s every year, she could beat Madonna in no time.

Wow. Thanks. :)

Only pon de reply reached #2 from her first album. But you are correct with the rest. 5 solo #2's and 2 further collabs that reached #2 :)

Frankie Sandford and Rochelle Wiseman had three #2's with S Club 8 (One Step Closer, Automatic High and New Direction) and then two #2's with The Saturdays (Just Can't Get Enough, Forever Is Over) so they have five as wel.

I'm sure Kylie has 13 #2s?

EDIT: Oh, she only had 11. 10 solo and 1 with Robbie.

Seven:

  1. Pon De Replay
  2. SOS
  3. Unfaithful
  4. Russian Roulette
  5. Rude Boy
  6. Live Your Life
  7. Love the Way You Lie

Well technically I guess, but most chart records don't count individual group/ensemble members...

Is there any chance of Rihanna overtaking Cole and being number one on week two, what's coming out that week?

And Frankie as a solo artist has reached the dizzy heights of #62.

I hope the Devlin song does well as I do quite like it but I doubt it'll outpeak Brainwashed by much. Might make around #25. Devlin is like a more successful version of Fugative... all the means for being huge but he just can't make it.

Also they're both remarkably average in the way of UK rappers.

On an unrelated note, did anyone think back when I Kissed A Girl came out that Katy Perry would go on to have a further 6 top 10 hits?
