Rose rightfully triumphs over any other assistant ever, whilst current ginger Amy Pond picks up the second most amount of votes, and ex-ginger Donna picks up two. Regina probably rather predictably goes for one of the ONLY assistants in recent times to last for only one episode, but I suppose without Courtney Cox or Brandon Flowers in a starring role that was inevitable. Kaisa completely misses the point of the entire question, Alias plumps for a James Bond character and Josh hopes refusing to answer the question will win him points. Bad luck Josh.
