I wouldn't be surprised if Alexis was a one hit wonder but then I thought the same about Rihanna when Pon De Replay went to #2 and look what happened there :lol: Although if she's signed to Jay Z's label she's definitely got a better chance to maintain her success with his weight behind her. Add the figures together, and you get the total of :P hence their chart position

i think stay will drop out :) hope sats promotion this week is JUST enough to get top 10

I don't think will.i.am & Nicki will overtake the Sats TBH - I'd be more worried about Ne-Yo overtaking.

The Sats are 12th Combined but Stay/Barba Streisand are falling quite dramatic as they are.. but hopefully performing on Michael Ball and Loose women will pick up over 5k of downloads and help them stay top 10.. i can see them being 11th tommorow.. I really hope Ne-Yo does not overtake The Saturdays!!

I second this, Alexis is behind in Amazon, Play.com also! So i don't see how cheryl can be behind her.. i'm sure cheryl has more physical sales on her aswell !!

Cheryl's album version was only available from today so hasn't had enough time to make as much effect as the multiple Alexis versions

You could be correct but I think Alexis is genuinely ahead, but only by a few copies maybe.

It's not so much a curse given that as well as 8 #2s (7 this week) she also has 3 #1s (4 this week).

 

A 'perennial #2 curse' would be more appropriate for Sash! who has 5 #2s and has never hit #1.
