November 4, 201015 yr Cheryl cold come quite clost to 100k by Sunday then.. although i'd imagine 70/80k would be more realistic. anybody have any singles data yet?
November 4, 201015 yr Cheryl cold come quite clost to 100k by Sunday then.. although i'd imagine 70/80k would be more realistic. She's on 60k already and there is 4 days left. She will easily pass the 100k mark.
November 4, 201015 yr Those are pretty strong album sales really. Considering that Promise This saw a ~50% drop from Fight For This Love, for the album to be only 3.4k behind 3 words is quite something really.

November 4, 201015 yr Katy Perry will definitely be #4 at least by Sunday, will be #2 on iTunes by end of week or before. Saturdays should climb back in top 10 right as stay drops out maybe? Sats will be devastated and their fans! lol Cheryl Cole's album never really sells massively first week, up against any big competition she wouldnt get the #1 album. November 4, 201015 yr Does anybody know how many copies "Stay" has sold this week so far, or how many copies it hs sold in total. Thanks.
November 4, 201015 yr She sold 125,000 first week of 3 Words. Messy Little Raindrops will definitely surpass 100,000... and today it is on 70.8k, which is its sales for Mon/Tues/Wed. Still three more days of sales to go. Cheryl is now 14.2k ahead of Bon Jovi. Again, thanks to Kev for this wonderful info. :D
November 4, 201015 yr People need to stop the Nadine hating! I think it's just because they are from the same band. Cheryl is a good performer but Nadine can really sing. The fact that she has a good voice irritates a lot of people. Both have a place to fill and both would do if attitudes towards Nadine weren't based on jealousy
November 4, 201015 yr Author Does anybody know how many copies "Stay" has sold this week so far, or how many copies it hs sold in total. Thanks. We won't know this until late Sunday evening, or early Monday morning the latest.
November 4, 201015 yr We won't know this until late Sunday evening, or early morning Monday the latest. OK cheers. What would be your estimate. It originally sold 490k in 1992 and it has been selling a few hundred every week this year. I would say its now up to 520k at least right??
November 4, 201015 yr Cheryl Cole's album never really sells massively first week, up against any big competition she wouldnt get the #1 album. Out of the 43 weeks of 2010 so far, Cheryl should get the 4th highest sales for a number 1 album, behind Kings of Leon (183k), Eminem (139k) and Robbie (121k). So maybe it doesn't look massive but it's still amazing compated to the general climate in the music industry. Edited November 4, 201015 yr by Bert for Lashes

I would say its now up to 520k at least right?? I should imagine its around that mark, maybe at a stretch 550k, its difficult to track as it could have been trickling through the years, some independent record stores what's left of them, could easily stock the odd physical copies.

Im not a fan of her but how can you say that Cheryls albums never sell massively first week. Over 100,000 is huge, no matter who she is up against
November 4, 201015 yr Cheryl Cole's album never really sells massively first week, up against any big competition she wouldnt get the #1 album. I don't understand that, she's getting some of the highest first week sales of this year. Considering how much album sales plummet year upon year. I think she's doing extremely well as it looks like she'll be hitting 100K by the end of the week
November 4, 201015 yr Author All this Cheryl Cole lark is doing my brain in, I need a break from the loons, pardon the pun.
November 4, 201015 yr If anyone is interested, Saturdays (19.3k) are about 200 behind #10, and 1k ahead of #12.
November 4, 201015 yr If anyone is interested, Saturdays (19.3k) are about 200 behind #10, and 1k ahead of #12. Which means "Stay" must be around 21k??
