I was wondering how new artist forums come about. Surely Nicki Minaj deserves one now? She seems to be getting increasingly popular and seems to constantly have new songs out at the moment.

Well to be fair to the forum, it should've been made a Beyoncé-only forum a long time ago... That wouldn't necessarily boost posts, but it would attract newer fans/browsers of the site.
