No, i agree, and i think as Jay said in the last thread the song is too big for her. 59p so cheap though! And its selling due to the advert and what it did to Shes Always a Woman to me on the one.

People are forgetting, this got added straight to Radio 1's B-List last week (which meant it starting getting B-List rotation as of Monday (since it started heavily climbing), the advert was premiered during one of the X Factor ad breaks on Saturday and the song is 40p cheaper than most other chart songs on iTunes at the moment.

I've really warmed to Ellie during the course of the year. I was relatively indifferent to Wish I Stayed and Starry Eyed initially and used to far prefer Marina but I seem to like each Ellie single more than the last, not to mention the fact that despite a strong album, she also has an extremely strong collection of b-sides, demos and unreleased material which I've been hearing in dribs and drabs over the last few months. And she also just seems like a pleasant, normal, down to earth girl - glad she's living up to the hype. Your Song is gorgeous and it's nice to see it doing so well! In fact, this is surely the first iTunes ballad top 3 for years? :lol: They've been almost non-existent this year, I thought the genre had died!
