November 21, 201014 yr Wasn't looking forward to it a week ago when the 2 main title matches were pretty much the only 2 announced, but Sheamus/Morrison, Ziggler/Kaval and Bryan/DiBiase all sound like they will be good matches, so it should be quite decent!
November 21, 201014 yr The 3 midcard 1on1 matches are all good contenders for MOTN. Morrison and Sheamus were apparently having great matches against each other on house shows during the last weeks. Ziggler and Kaval will be awesome if they get more than 10 minutes. 2 of my absolute favourites in-ring wise. :wub: And Bryan might be able to carry Dibiase to a good match as well. I just hope that's their only match and they don't have a long feud. The Survivor Series match should be good as well. I'm hoping for Del Rio as the sole survivor. Kane vs. Edge should easily be the worst match of the night. Kane just sucks in the ring now. :/ And please let Cena turn heel finally.
November 22, 201014 yr I can't do spoilers from my phone so do not read this post if you don't wanna know... ... Well oh my god! How much did cena milk the ending? The match wasn't very good and very anti climatic! Anywho some of the other matches were good I literally SCREAMED when I heard Beth phoenixs music! My word, so pleased, but sad because it looks like she will go on a heel turn to face natalya! Good for natalya though :) John Morrison and shemus was great! The rest were just ok!
November 22, 201014 yr The first half of the PPV was great while everything after the Survivor Series match either sucked or was just boring. Daniel Bryan once again stealing the show in the first match of the PPV. It was not as good as the Ziggler match(es) but he still carried Dibiase to a very very good match. I also loved how the commentators basically talked about Bryan the whole time. I think they only said 2 or 3 sentenced about Dibiase during the whole match. :lol: Sheamus vs. Morrison did give the previous match a good run for its money, though. This was just as good, and this time with 2 good wrestlers. The finish was kinda underwhelming, though. Morrison should have hit him with that split-legged moonsault thing, not that nothing-special looking kick. I could see a tables match between these two coming up at TLC. Kaval vs. Ziggler was kinda weird. I love both guys but they didn't really go too well together. Some great athleticism was shown by Kaval as usual but there were several awkward moments due to miscommunication. Look at Ziggler's nose for proof. :lol: Also, how stupid does Kaval look now? He cashed in his title shot on the Intercontinental champion instead of going for one of the big belts and still lost. :/ The Survivor Series match was a lot of fun. Del Rio is just awesome in everything he does. :wub: Too bad this damn Big Show had to knock him out. :P Rhodes was great as well for the short time he actually was in the match. He is really getting a lot ouf of this gimmick. Swagger was made to look pretty strong catching legs left and right and putting on the ankle lock, which is nice. The 2 survivors being the only 2 "veterans" in the match was stupid, IMO. Why not let one of the mid-card guys survive and elevate him in the process? The show went rapidly downhill from here on. The women's match was nothing special. Felt like it was over after 2 minutes. At least Beth is back, which is nice. Didn't like her celebrating with Natalya, though. With her physique she shouldn't be "buddy-buddy" with anyone. Edge vs. Kane was as boring as expected with a f***ing stupid finish on top of that. I am definitely NOT looking forward to see Kane in a TLC match which will probably happen with 95% certainty. :/ The tag title match was fun for what it was but doesn't really have any business taking place this late on the show. I guess they just needed the Nexus out to remind everyone that they are BANNED FROM RINGSIDE. It's hard to believe but if it wasn't for the Cena stipulation, Orton vs. Barrett would have been even more boring than the other world title match. Another bad and uncreative finish that made Barrett look really weak, IMO. I hope Cena is really gone for at least 3 or 4 months now. But knowing the WWE, he will probably make his triumphant return at the Royal Rumble. Or he isn't gone at all and they do something at RAW tonight. Overall, the PPV was a bit above average only because of the first 4 matches. wow, what a novel. :lol:
November 24, 201014 yr Pretty much agree with zechhh. I did quite like the Barrett/Orton match, but only because I was never 100% certain what Cena was going to do, and I didn't expect what did happen. I also hope he's gone for a few months, really hope he doesn't come back and win the Rumble :(
