November 24, 201015 yr Looks like they actually are ignoring Kylie this time. :( Ouch, I wonder why. She's A-Listed on Radio 2, so she atleast has that.
November 24, 201015 yr So are they ignoring Joe? Would be a shame, since 'Someone Wake Me Up' is better than 'Ambitions', and with it being on the Narnia soundtrack, it might've done ok-ish.
November 24, 201015 yr WHAT'S MY NAME?     :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t:      They really ARE releasing Invincible next? :( Well hopefully they'll release Wonderman afterwards and both can go top 10 I assume Guetta/Rihanna release date has been put back? Seems strange R1 are only playlisting it now. Eliza re-releasing Skinny Genes? -_- Woohoo for BFMV, KOL and Plan B moving up to the A-List and Avicii moving up to B :w00t:
November 24, 201015 yr Looks like they actually are ignoring Kylie this time. :( Ouch, I wonder why. I suspected that, and suggested it would happen around the time GOMW dropped like a bomb after failing to go top ten. Indie acts can get away with such chart patterns and retain Radio 1 playlisting, but pop acts can't :( That, and perhaps the playlisting team didn't feel it was strong enough? Even most of her fans are against it being a single. Nice to see the two Rihanna songs added simultaneously :D And interesting to see Skinny Genes there, did they ignore it first time around or is that my imagination?
November 24, 201015 yr She's A-Listed on Radio 2, so she atleast has that. It's well known that has zero impact chartwise. Even most of her fans are against it being a single. For starters radio 1 don't playlist based on the song. If they're unhappy with the chart performance of a single they remove it on release week and then refuse to playlist the future singles from that artist, but they kept 'Get Outta My Way' on the playlist for a couple of weeks after release, which makes this even more strange.
November 24, 201015 yr Eliza Doolittle really isnt sending out the best of messages about her album if she's re-releasing again. 'Skinny Genes' already went top 40 didnt it? Believe or not but the album does actually contain some other tracks which arent the three singles.

It does, but they're all dull as dishwater  In fact, I only really rate Pack Up and Skinny Genes on the whole album. All she's doing by re-releasing this is higlighting that the rest of the album is in fact crap!
November 24, 201015 yr It's well known that has zero impact chartwise. Oh really? Rumer & Lady Antebellum anyone? (What you said would be valid 90% of the time, but certainly not zero) Edited November 24, 201015 yr by Zenith Zealot
November 24, 201015 yr Yay for two Rihanna entries! I thought Tinie Tempah was releasing 'Wonderman' too, but I guess 'Invisible' shows a different side of his rapping. Are u serious Doolittle, re-realising Skinny Jeans even though it went to 22 in the charts... or something like that. Afrojack seriously needs to move up next week as the song's release date is this Sunday. I can see Avicci having a big hit with My Feelings For You when it's released mid December, hopefully top 20 peaking in a similar place to his last single Seek Bromance. Then again I had high hopes for Coma Cat and I Think I Like It but they both flopped miserabley. Plan B's song isn't that great. Don't understand why they keep Nelly, Mike Posner, McFly and Paramore's flop single in when they take out Only Girl, Gorillaz and Jason DeRulo. Happy with other exits. I like the new Olly Murs single, it should of been at B this week. Edited November 24, 201015 yr by danielG
November 24, 201015 yr Thank god they dropped Only Girl when adding two songs by Rihanna Jacko should be B-listed
