I do like Ellie Goulding, but it will be annoying to see her worst single to date to beat one of the best pop songs to #01 this year. :(

Of course there's still a chance X Factor could be #01 in which case I will kill a bitch.

I didn't see Ellie coming this week to grab the #1 coveted spot and with a chart run like 39-3-2-(1) and possibility #1, mind you I do like tracks climbing to #1.

Also X Factor track has got physicals and Ellie and Nicole are only available on downloads, X Factor track could edge them both tomorrow, just have to wait and see.

I think X Factor Finalist's may just miss out and sell about 50-60k this week.

Woah at Ellie! :o (album tracks)

Doing really well, a bit surprised to see 'Believe Me' the lowest charting atm, but 'Human' =.

I was doing some research into this actually. XFF hung around the top 3 for the first couple of days last year and then fell to 10th by the end of the week on itunes. Jason Derulo and BEP were in the same position as what Ellie and Nicole were this year but XFF still outsold those two easily (by about 30k). I know the song sold better in it's opening week compared to this year, but it took Peter Kay to beat them with his physicals then. So itunes was very unrepresentative this time last year. Don't underestimate XFF IMO.

The reason why I think Ellie will got #1 is because she's been #1 on iTunes since last Thursday? I think. Or Friday. And, after Nicole performing on X Factor yesterday, she's still ahead, by quite a lot.
Nooo! 'Believe Me' is Ellie's best ever track :( Deserves to be a lot higher. I understand 'Human' being highest, as she performs it on tours and stuff and the fact it's the next single is also probably helping. I just wish it was 'Believe Me'.
Ellie has done 72k plus last week, I'll be amazed if she can top that, XFF will probably do half of 144k, (70k to 80k).

On past evidence, such songs usually drop by 2/3rds, rather than just 1/2.

45. Turn My Swag On (Remix) - Alexa Goddard

188. Believe Me - Ellie Goulding

What's that 'Turn My Swag On'?! :o

That's also a better position for BM, although it's still the lowest of the new tracks :(

EDIT:

WOW. She's GOOD! :o Doubt she's as good a performer as Cher is though. Although she has a better voice. Cher has a good voice as well as the performance...

Who's That Chick? now #18 - three simultaneous top 10 hits for one artist for the first time since Lennon's death seems increasingly likely :o

N-Dubz' Girls is now at #24, could that go top 10 too?

Good grief! How are N-Dubz so high! :o Is the song really good or something? I'm guessing it's the next single, but even so, "next singles" don't usually get so high on iTunes on the album's release date!

And Turn My Swag On is incredible. I love it so much. If Keri Hilson's version was on iTunes when Cher sang it on X Factor, I reckon it could've gone top 5. I hear the song EVERYWHERE. It's shocking.

It's already receiving a lot of TV airplay and some radio airplay.

TV Airplay:

17 13 N-Dubz Girls 293

Plus they are promoting the song. Saw them perform it on Live From Studio 5 last week

Everyone that likes Alexa please Download

She needs all the support she can get to insure that she becomes well known...She is an amazing performer and she lives like 20 mins away from me

She's up to #41 now Woooh
