HTF are they *still* ahead of Nicole - she's outselling them 11-6 on iTunes!

I'm surprised XFF is still #1 who would want to go and buy a physical copy of it in the snowy weather. Anyhow top 10 has hardly had any movement. The mids look a bit iffy to me, I think iTunes sales are not added

And that's all the info we have for today, don't forget its bolded as brass as a top 40 update, what you see is what you get.

Well there's been practically no snow at all down here where I am, though I wouldn't like to blame my town for buying the XFF CDs this week :D

8 Rihanna Feat. Drake

Rihanna - OG 5+3

Which one is #8?

Drake

"goes and re-edits"

People are failing to realise that XFF did this last year, and fell to number 10 on itunes by the end of the week. Jason Derulo and BEP were in Nicole and Ellie's situation on itunes this time last year.

However XFF still walloped them and beat them both by 30k, and would have been number 1 if it hadn't been for Peter Kay's charity single.

Am I the only one who really likes the X factor single this year and wants it to be no.1 again :o

Have The Killers made the Top 40?

They seem to be doing quite well on itunes.

Not sure why Alexa isn't chart eligible??

Its probably not registered with OCC

Any further new entries would have been listed in the update

:D Who's That Chick definitely top 10 by Sunday, probably in one of the midweeks tomorrow or friday too! #5 on iTunes :dancing:

XFactor may slip at #1 by end of week? Great its stilll making loads of money for charity.

Too bad Ellie is dropping in the album chart. Even though it's a re-release, I thought it would do better with the massive success of Your Song.

Ugh, Mariah is still ahead of The Pogues :(

On iTunes Mariah is 23 and 151, The Pogues are 33 and 42, surely The Pogues are ahead when combined? Although I suppose that's just iTunes and it could just be the case that Mariah is crushing them on the other download sites.

Alexa isn't necessarily not eligible, it could just be that she's not top 40 :P

Still no James Blake today, hopefully he'll show up tomorrow but it's unlikely.

Anyway, WTC? at #12, should easily go top 10 (it's at 5 and 88 on iTunes)

so no one has ANY idea how far ahead #1 is from Nicole?

Yes. :P

Safe will probably be out of the Top 40 by Sunday, and Gravity most likely out of the Top 10 - ouch. Simon Cowell is prepping a full album of covers (or Greatest Hits, Volume 2) as we speak!

she always starts out ahead (I think its the DFS advert  ) but the Pogues always overtake on Christmas week, so they probably will again this year

anyway, its a shame we don't have sales as it would be interesting to see how far ahead XFF- I cant see it holding on as the weather would lose them physicals, although Nicole needs a pretty good lead on itunes to overtake- this is very unpredictable, will be very interesting on sunday :o

does xmas fall in the same way as last year so we get an xtra week of xmas songs and the pogues as the airplay no1 for the uk??

The thing is though Mariah *didn't* start ahead this year.

3 weeks ago:

91 The Pogues

2 weeks ago:

75 The Pogues

96 Mariah Carey

Last week:

48 Mariah Carey

51 The Pogues

97 Wizzard

I'm sure The Pogues will re-overtake but it seems weird they started ahead this year... they also entered a week earlier than the Xmas songs normally enter
