Speaking of which.

Born This Way youtube views - 31,096,208

On The Floor youtube views - 76,157,449

More than double for J-Lo :smoke:

Guess it pays to have a decent video.

:kink:

I think its length has something to do with her video views; the official audio has been viewed 59,249,135 times and is still growing (which would put her on over 90 mill views overall); it seems people are choosing to just listen to the song rather than watch the 7 minute video. Plus, there has been a bit of an anti-GaGa sentiment about the video/song - it's too wierd etc. if Judas is as much of a pop banger as Bad Romance and Poker Face was, expect her next video to have insane views again. To be honest, as long as GaGa maintains her quality, I don't care how out there or long they are, or how many views they get. I'll bet you that the BTW video will last longer in popular culture than JLo's will.

#18 Lady GaGa Born This Way

#89 Lady GaGa Born This Way (The Country Road Version)

 1 to #14 in the UK this week.

I'm absolutely loving Born This Way again lately, big time. Can quite honestly say it sits somewhere within my top 3 Gaga songs. The Country Road version is bloody good fun too!

As horridly preachy as the verses of Born This Way are the Chorus and the stolen backing track are enough to overcome it and make it a properly good club banger providing you ignore the lyrics. Although the 'Ooh there ain't no othere way, baby you were born this way' chant is AMAZE

 NO WAY is the 'On The Floor' Video better than the 'Born This Way' Video.

As far as the songs go though, 'On The Floor' >>>>>>>>>>>>>> 'Born This Way'

Born This Way has a terrible video. It's reeks so much of Try Hard it's like smellovision is making a comeback.

But i do agree On the Floor is the better track.

On The Floor features Jennifer Lopez in a skin tight silver bodysuit shaking her arse.

BTW features Gaga looking like a skeleton with a wig dancing in her undies.

OTF wins.

For once your dire taste speaks the truth! The last time GaGa looked remotely attractive was the Love Game video. J Lo hasn't aged in 2 decades and is still utterly smoking.

There is no way on Earth (or any other planet) that Gaga could be considered a more attractive sight than Jennifer Lopez.

THIS

Born This Way meets Bollywood.

'Judas' pushed it down one place.

I think this is from the NME interview:

CRINGE. God sent you that melody and lyrics? He could've made it a little bit better and not a cheap 'Bad Romance' rip-off if that's the case.

Eugh she's so obnoxious. She couldn't be more up her own arse.

That's put me off GaGa a bit, the interviewer was only asking questions that pretty much everyone is thinking, and GaGa lashes out at them?

I agree with what Jack said too, I love her music and everything, but she's got to stop acting like she's 'the one' and thinking that she's 'above' everyone else. I just want her to be normal(er) :(

LOL you must all like your popstars so bland and quasi-polite if you can't handle a bit of honesty like that.
You can still be honest without coming across as obnoxious.
You can still be honest without coming across as obnoxious.

All the best performers are obnoxious. Axl, Steven Tyler, McCartney, Mick Jagger, etc. if you don't have that belief that you are the worlds greatest being, then you'll never be great.

Regina i think you may love this aswell:

"Let me tell you something. If you f***ing rip my hairbow and my wig off my f***ing head, my shoes, my bra, every single thing on my body, and you throw me on a piano with a microphone, I will f***ing make you cry"

"I feel I have been probed endlessly about who the f*** I am. I have been quite open about it. And still nobody seems to have a clue. I'm not going to start churning out what you expect. If you're looking for me to be something that isn't there, STOP LOOKING. I am not that. I am not created. If you want me to be a manufactured act, you can f*** off."

"I am perpetually unhappy with what I create," she said. "Even though I might tell you that 'Edge Of Glory' is a pop masterpiece, when it's all said and finished there will be things I dread, and every time I listen to it I'll hear them."

As Chris said, interview is from NME magazine.

What a load of bull$h!t

Well for someone who only listens to the likes of Kylie Minogue & Alanis Morissette, it would be quite a hard concept to understand. :(
