Urrrgh Cher's personality last night was just vile. I'd like to see the evidence of this 'fragile' girl because the only time I have was a couple of weeks ago when she had a tantrum about being in the bottom 2. On top of that she isn't even in the same league as Matt, Rebecca or Mary. I mean, people hated Katie for her personality? And Matt? I don't get the Matt personality hate as he's only ever been honest (who actually disagreed with him about Wagner?). Although I'm fairly sure Simon might have done enough damage to see Matt go out tonight, he was definitely gunning for him. I actually want One Direction to win because they suit Simon's purposes and I'd rather see Matt, Rebecca and even Mary not having to cheapen themselves with a god-awful winners song.

Take That will perform with One Direction.

 

If Mary got to the final - perhaps Susan Boyle.

Rebecca - probably the token Westlife/Michael Buble performance.

If Matt doesnt win i really dont know who i want to win but in not keen and cheryld been the winning judge for 3 years in a row so hopefully matt will stop that, if not come on mary (highly unlikely) or one direction.

 

Who cares which judge wins the show ? It's all about the act that will then release music.

I wouldn't care if Cheryl doesn't win the show if her acts weren't my favourites.

& I'm pretty sure they usually start practicing songs for the week after before they've even performed on Saturday, so they should be doing their audition performances next week with One Direction doing their bootcamp one

One Direction - Chasing Cars || 9 || I utterly hate this song, but will happily admit that they actually did a very good job of it.

One Direction - Only Girl || 8 || The chorus/Middle 8 is the ONLY reason this isn't a 1. The verses were diabolical, but the harmony was quite strong.

Rebecca - Amazing Grace || 8.5 || This had potential to be so much better, if only her voice was that little bit more powerful.

Mary - The Way We Were || 4 || GO BACK TO TESCO. Utterly dire.

Matt - She's Always A Woman || 3 || I don't care if you've lost your voice, i want to punch that smug arrogant look of his face.

Cher - Nothin' On You || 3 || Her voice is really really really really weak, she's a second rate Cheryl with a weaker voice. Which i didn't think was possible.

Matt - You've Got The Love || 7.5 || This wasn't bad at all. Fuck knows why he was poncing about on stage with that Guitar. He's still a punchable dick.

Mary - Never Can Say Goodbye || 4.5 || Possibly the only Club Classic performed. I would start on the fat rolls, but that voice has made me want to hurl first

Rebecca - Show Me Love || 10 || Now this is what i am talking about!!!!! Uptempo in the final plsthx

Cher - Love The Way You Lie || 0 || Utterly vile. Not a single redeeming feature about it. The rap was terrible and pointless, and she can't sing for $h!t. Oooooh almost forgot, she's even more of a c**t than Matt is.

 

Totals:

 

Cher || 03 || Utterly vile, and she's a completely repulsive person too. She can join Mark Hargreaves on the people who should die slowly and painfully list.

Rebecca || 18.5 || The club banger was incredible, easily the best performance of the night.

Mary || 8.5 || Terrible singer, little talent, is more suited to scanning beans. The again, what do you expect from a category Louis is mentoring. The man's replusive and doesn't know what talent is.

Matt || 10.5 || One Good-ish track, one diabolical. The sob story of him losing his voice and his very put on ooooh look at me i'm illl act this week should see him through. Cunt.

One Direction || 17 || Only Girl was nearly killed by some terrible solo's. Clearly stronger at ballads/mid tempos than proper big uptempos.

 

 

 

One Direction and Rebecca for the top2, Matt to be shot in the face, Mary to fuck off back to Tesco and Cher to die slowly and painfully plsthx.

Rebecca was great on 'Show me love', Mary was good with her club song too. I really quite like Mary, voice and personality wise. I hope she's saved over Matt or One Direction.

 

Matt wasn't too bad on 'You've got the love', but WHAT with the guitar ? We couldn't even hear him play the instrument. So pointless, it was screaming "LOOK I CAN PLAY THE GUITAR", but in the end it was more like "Look, I can HOLD the guitar" ... :/ I'd love him to go this week.

 

Cher's performance of 'Nothing on you' was nice but nothing amazing. The song is quite bland anyway, I wouldn't have picked that. She looked her best though, her face was so cute.

 

One Direction's performance was rather awful. And is it just me or does it look like their choruses are always pre-recorded ?

Simon's harping on about Matt's cold - wtf?!

 

Simon with 'I've had a cold', and did he say something like 'I'm not a singer but I've got to do things with my throat'??

 

I'm sorry but IMO that's a load of $h!te. Simon may have had a bad cold perhaps rendering speaking hard but at the end of the day this would not possibly screw up his chances of giving a good and important performance - he is not a bloody singer!

 

I don't actually think that Matt, even if he had sounded much worse than he did, would not make the final - but it is obviously a possibility if the voting was close (don't think he'd be last, but possibly 3rd/4th?)

 

I guessed that what Simon was getting at was that Matt was performing OK so why go on about his cold at all - but it came across to me as Simon saying Matt was making bull$h!t excuses. Anyway, having a bad cold would be a genuine excuse for sounding crap - which Matt didn't (except at the end of YAAW) - lots of singers miss gigs due to colds/flu/etc, and at least Matt (and Mary) tried their best.
