Add that to physicals and the fact that it's christmas and he should sell around that total, and I'm pretty sure he'll seel much more than Joe overall.

It seems unlikely to happen but you never know. I don't see another 'Hallelujah' style Xmas top 2 happening.

 

I'm still interested in hearing Matt's studio version. Last night his first performance of 'When We Collide' was vocally all over the place, but after he won and sang it again he sounded a lot better until all the others joined him on stage and he was overcome with emotion.

 

I still think Matt could potentially be a really good X Factor winner. If his bands' material is anything to go off, Matt's second album could be great. Obviously he's stuck to the X Factor contract for 12 months.

Anyone here think Bird is The Word has a realistic chance of being number one? There's a few people over on other forums getting all excited predicting Rage Mark II because it's number 1 on Amazon or something.

Bird is the Word could still get #1. I mean, there's plenty of time for the media to hype it up, and Radio 1 will obviously be "strongly encouraging" people to buy it over the week.

 

Although, perhaps they should've chosen another "rebellious" rock song, because I know a lot of people who got really into the Rage campaign were major rock fans.

Matt has X Mas Number 1 in the bag and judging by that popularity bar is gonna sell big - much more than Joe IMO

Matt is further ahead of The Trashmen than Joe was ahead of Lady GaGa - I think Matt outselling Joe is almost certain unless Matt trails off in a big way.
