I don't think Ke$ha will be a threat to Brit, 'TiK ToK' was hugely hyped here but only got to #4 in the end.

 

Brit's biggest competition is Adele (I think) I havent heard the Wretch guy but I hope he isn't as big as thought.

Britney hasn't had a UK #1 for nigh on SEVEN YEARS. I'd be astounded if this becomes the song to do it (and ecstatic too, obv.) In that sense, someone current/fresh/bizarrely popular for some reason like Ke$ha is rather big competition, even though I'd rather she finally booked herself into that STI clinic and stopped bombarding us with her rabies.
