Adele should have released. A few years ago it may have been more effective to suppress downloads to build demand, but nowadays two months is simply too long. Rolling In The Deep had its première in November. Songs should be released within a month of their première date. Adele will definitely have lost sales over the Xmas period.

 

exactly if record companies actually knew anything about the charts the song should be released within a week of the video premiere.it will still go top 10 when released but is likely to be frontloaded and fall quicker!!

Yayy, White Lies look like making top 40. They'll be frontloaded but should continue to climb for the next day or so at least, and physicals have tended to give them a boost. New album is getting good reviews as well, hope it goes top 5.

Sad to see Her Majesty & The Wolves - Stars In Your Eyes not climbing the chart,but they'll do some promo this week so hopefully it will help.The song is awesome,it could easily get to top 5 if they had huge label behind them and a lots of promo. <_<

Ah, I see. I didn't like the old version, so I hope the new version is better. :)

 

Although I suspect the new version won't sell very much, as I can't think of any promotion its got, and I don't think the TV program is on anymore.

I was thinking, sales would've been SO high in late 2010 if Glee aired at the same time as the US, and all the X Factor downloads were chart eligible! :o

Possibility McFly's Nowhere Left to Run could jump and enter the top 100 after a performance on Alan Carr/ its currently trending on Twitter. I believe its not album only.
