July 9, 201114 yr The whole saxophone thing reminds me of 'Tracey Beaker' :lol: I can't decide whether I love it, or whether it cheapens the whole thing. :unsure: I prefer it to 'Bass Down Low' though. Looking forward to the album! ^_^
July 9, 201114 yr This has finally grown on me! For the past two weeks or so, I've been hoping this wasn't the next single but now I really like it, and I hope it does well. Better than BDL for me, which I did like but got a bit fed up of. And this is quite different sounding to BDL, so it shows the album won't be too samey, can't wait for it!
July 11, 201114 yr "Like a G6" was the first tune of hers that made me stand up and take notice although I have to admit that "Bass Down Low" was almost as good but I'm absolutely loving "Fireball" at the moment, can't understand why no one has made note of it so far in this thread either.

August 4, 201113 yr 'In the Dark' reminds me of the cute 90s dance tune oomphed up by the generic 2011 production. A 6/10 from me so far, I quite like it, but it's not a stand-out.

September 3, 201113 yr Getaway - 8.0 In My Trunk - 9.5 Me - 8.5 Breathe - 10.0 Take Her From You - 8.0 Lightspeed - 9.0 Dancing Shoes - 9.5 Perfect Match - 10.0 Bass Down Low - 9.5 Kiss My Lips - 7.5 In The Dark - 10.0 Shadows - 9.0 I love the two singles, but I never expected the album to be this good! This is one of my albums of the year. The production on all the tracks are incredible, and far more diverse than I was expected, as not every song is 'Like A G6 Part 9', although some of the songs have that feel that LAG6 & BDL had, like 'In My Trunk' ect. The only slightly disappointing track is 'Kiss My Lips', which is still rather good. Highlights for me are most certainly 'Breathe', 'Dancing Shoes' and 'Perfect Match', even though most songs are highlights. 9/10 overall for this album, and thats only after one listen.
