January 23, 201114 yr 'Slow'! EASILY. One of just a few Kylie tracks I truly adored before the 'Aphrodite' era! :wub: ('Slow', 'In Your Eyes', 'I Believe In You' & 'On A Night Like This' being the main tracks!) :heart: The production on 'Slow' is stunning.
January 23, 201114 yr Personally, I think her chart-toppers are nowhere near as good as, say, her 2,3,4,5,6 etc chart placings (but is usually the way with most acts). I'm going for 'I Should Be So Lucky' for its charm. 'Slow' was very progressive for its time and still think its ace, but would rather have a lot of her PWL stuff anytime.
January 23, 201114 yr Author I agree with the odd exception the songs that didnt make number 1 were more worthy than some that did, i should be so lucky is one the kylie signature hits that will is still heard 20 years later and will still be heard in 20 years time. I do like slow and along with chocolate they are the only 2 songs i ever listen to from the body language era, slow is brilliant when performed live as kylie goes into full sexy soultry voice mood when performing it. Even though slow got to number 1 its a shame it didnt sell more as slow is one of kylies songs that people who usually hate music actually like that song. I think slow and where the wild roses are the only 2 kylie songs that people i know that dont like her music but actually love those 2 tracks.
January 25, 201114 yr surprised that lots of people like slow but it is her worst selling number one, and yet nobody has voted for esspecially for you yet it is her second best seller
January 25, 201114 yr Author I would argue that many of her lower selling single all round are better than some of her highest selling ones.
