January 26, 201115 yr Yayy Black Keys moving up :D Pointless BFMV re-release. "The Last Fight" did okay the first time but will flop this time around, bit like White Lies re-releasing "Death". Except at least with that they got to do a load of ads for festivals they were playing with the tagline 'the summer of death' :D

January 26, 201115 yr Glad 'Champion' is up to A-list & Alexis is up to B. None of the new additions excite me greatly though.. Hope they playlist 'Price Tag' very soon now that 'DILAD' is off the playlist.

January 26, 201115 yr Surprised they've got rid of Jessie J, thought they were gonna flog that one to death. Or have they already done that? :lol: thought Jodie Connor would have lasted a bit longer too. Good to see Pink and Take That added too, was worried they were gonna snub Perfect and Kidz.
January 26, 201115 yr I love how Radio 1 have decided they suddenly don't like Avril Lavigne. Is that supposed to be some barbed comment pointing out that Radio 1 are being ridiculous by not playing Avril or something? Pop-rock is out at the minute. A good example might still be playlisted but What The Hell is lazy and dated. Countless other artists have done the same thing much, much better. Why would they playlist it? Regardless it's their prerogative. They don't exist just to please pop fans who are stuck in 2006.

January 26, 201115 yr Wait, was L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N. on the playlist before? I don't remember it being added :o Huh. That explains why it's doing so well then I guess? 'The Show Goes On' and 'Black And Yellow' are both pretty good songs, so good to see them being added. Wiz Khalifa has a bit of a B.o.B sound to him. But what the actual f*** at Bullet re-releasing The Last Fight? :wacko: They should just move on already, TLF only got to #92 on its original release and the 3 (?) singles since then have all flopped. TLF won't do any better now. They should just move on to the next album already. January 26, 201115 yr I love how Radio 1 have decided they suddenly don't like Avril Lavigne. This. They played it at the weekend and it got a REALLY good reaction AND Jo Wiley liked it too. So it's not been play listed because...? :mellow: And them not moving Britney up against songs that have already reached their peak is rubbish.
January 26, 201115 yr Glad they playlisted Pink, for some reason I thought they might avoid her. Not surprised about Avril really ... reminds me of Christina with 'Not Myself Tonight', like Jark said artists have done it all so much better. I do kind of like it, but meh.

If anything it's because they no longer consider her to be relevant and wouldn't have playlisted her regardless of what the song was. See also Christina Aguilera last year. :(
