Top 5!

I heard this on Capital last night!

Anyway, I think top 20, because it's an album track, so it'll have to climb up the charts.

Would love it to go Top 5 but i can't see it matching the success of Shine A Light... in an era where you can't really expect the third single off any album to do that well, I think they'll be lucky to go Top 20, even with a physical release.

Meet Me Halfway sold 750,000, so you never know!!

But yeah, I think top 20 and total sales between 100,000 and 200,000 is more realistic in this case.

Deserves to be another Top 5 hit for them, but it'll "only" go top 20/15. But I wouldn't be surprised if it managed to do a Pixie Lott 'Cry Me Out' and become quite a big selling single for them, despite a meh peak...

Well we can safely assume #1 is out of the question if Sophie Ellis-Bextor is releasing that week.

I think it might make the top 20 if it's very lucky, they definitely should've released 'Nowhere Left To Run' over this though.

Think/ hope they're leaving it until last.

Totally loving this era of McFly - Listened to the album so much! Not my favourite song from the album but can see it hanging around for a while - Hopefully with physicals this will go Top 15 [Can see it charting at around #12 or #13] deserves to go Top 10. Hopefully will help gain some interest in the album too.

Even that would be very good for McFly.

I think it'll just make the top 10, around #10, then have a similar success to Party Girl.

Think/ hope they're leaving it until last.

If this doesn't do that well or help the album (which I suspect it will) there might not be any more singles after this...

They've made mistakes before, but they know the interest in Nowhere Left to Run from their fans, & recieved good feedback for a performance on Alan Carr's Chatty Man. I just hope that this time they will release the best track on the album, after all the good tracks they've left behind before.

But That's the Truth only just won the fan vote above it, which is why it has been released. It is closer to their traditional style, so I can sort of see why that was the case. Nowhere Left to Run is more risky, but certain for success in my opinion (if given the chance!).

I think it could have the potential to do quite well. But then it comes down to promo, and airplay.

Airplay, definitely!

I think it will benefit from a better perspective of the band from the public after ' Shine a Light'. Still think the verses are dull though.

top 20 me thinks
I just caught the track on 4music and it sounds a lot better on the TV that it does with my laptops rubbish speakers. I'm more confident about the track doing well now, fingers crossed. I said top 5 before though, but thinking about it I reckon it could go to about 7/8 but stick around in the top 20 for a while. We'll see, I guess.
