February 20, 201115 yr I never knew why suddenly MYFML made everyone go bananas. Hometown Glory was much more deserving for a revival. it was a brillant bit of luck on her part for the xfactor to help this re-chart last year - set up her new material brillantly and brought her back into the limelight again!!

February 20, 201115 yr they are still flopping though no matter what explanations you give!! and good to see as well!!Yes they're flopping in the charts, no one can deny that. Not even the gleeks. But the TV show has been given a boost to record ratings recently (for the show). The more seem to have watched it, but Glee have never really been powerhouses to stay in the charts for a while and were never purposely set out to dominate the charts as much as they have done. (Bar DSB which was released to promote the show) I remember there being an interview with Ryan (the creator) of Glee, and he said he didn't really release the songs so they could dominate the charts, he just set out to give the fans what they wanted and they wanted to be able to download the songs that were being used. So if those that are really bothered about the show/have been following since the start, already have the songs downloaded, they're not going to pay for another copy of exactly the same song. We're not Girls Aloud fanbase! The songs that are entering the top 40 now, are those that are cherry picked by the casual watchers of the show.
