Yeah, hopefully! Someone Like You is doing very well in Canada too! Love seeing Adele dominate the globe right now.

Nice to see you're an Adele fan, the things you've said in the past would suggest you wouldnt be  ie: Dont care about the lyrics and its mainly about the beat. :P

Let's face it, at the moment just about everybody is an Adele fan. Factoid.

You know it.

HeHe...just wait until the US sale figures come out next week - I have a feeling they are going to be even more spectacular than what Daily Hits have been hinting at!

Adele does have one or two beats worthy of my appreciation. I don't have a clue what most of the lyrics are in Rolling in the Deep, let alone what they mean!

US iTunes

3. Rolling in the Deep

isn't it about time US radio got their fingers out of their derrières and started playing this now? What a seemingly open to corruption system they have over there.

It gets regular play on the radio here. It just hasn't fully crossed over to all radio formats.

Well, all the top 40 radio stations will start playing it soon. They don't have anything against Adele, despite what it may seem. Infact, I can even see it getting a few spins on the urban radio stations tbh.

Could "Price Tag" be a surprise million seller by the end of 2011?

It'd certainly be a surprise to me!

Btw, about Price Tag, I heard a non B.o.B. version on the radio yesterday. Instead of the rap verse, it was Jessie going "La la la la la la eh eh" or something similar to that for ages. Is that the album version and/or is it available for download? Or is it that acoustic version that's hovering around #100 (except the rest of the song didn't really sound acoustic).

Given that the song is being played on radio 2, presumably that's what this version is about.

Strangely Adele's combined lead is actually rising, Jessie has receded to 68.2%, down 5% since the last update :o Although since I can combine Jessie's acoustic version now, Jessie is at 70.1% combined.

Also, Tom Kay if you're here, note The Last Dance is now #25 while Never Say Never is down to #27. :P

Looking at the pop bars GaGa hardly fell a huge amount from 5 to 10, so it's not like she's plummetting. She's miles ahead of #11 and since there are no major new releases next week and her video comes out on Monday she's unlikely to drop out just yet.

Could be. I heard it on one of my local radio stations called BRMB. It's not actually a non-rap radio station, so I don't know why they played that version. They play Airplanes like every 2 hours, so they clearly don't have anything against specifically B.o.B. either!

It's good that such a version does exist though. Heart FM will probably want to start playing the song around June time.

Oh gosh, I just had another Just Can't Get Enough-related heart attack. :drama: In the pop bars above, I was reading down the list, and I saw Just Can't Get Enough at #52, but I accidentally looked at the row below for the artist, so I thought it was the BEP version for a few seconds. :(

I do love the Depeche Mode song though. But The Saturdays did it even better!

Thanks :) All these things make me happy actually... I don't think I could take Clare not being top 30 this week, or this being Gaga's last week top 10. Fingers crossed Jessie J won't go back to #1, as I said I don't mind it now, but Adele is so much better.

Off topic I know, but according to the Mirror this morning Jessie J's album has already gone gold on advance shippings.
