lol. Their viewing figures must've dropped after they played Crank That.

Is Bright Lights Bigger City Cee-Lo's next single?

Did they actually perform the Glee one, or was it the Britney version, but have you included that because its the highest version of 'Toxic'?
I didn't watch it, but I have heard Glee songs being played on TV programmes before. Halo/Walking On Sunshine was used in an episode of the X Factor or Britain's Got Talent. To be honest, Halo/Walking on Sunshine seems to pop up in the top 1000 on iTunes an awful lot.

yeah i think so because they said preforming his next single?

There's a fake version of it at #47. That never happens to songs that 'just make the top 10'. The lowest peaking song which had a fake chart highly which I can think of is Like A G6.

I'd be shocked if it charted any lower than about #3 especially after how massive it was in the USA.

Even you have just said, Like A G6? I am quite sure the fake version was higher than the fake version of 'B&Y'? I honestly think it would chart around LAG6's peak at the best next week, although I think it could chart lower.

Hmmm, Wiz Khalifa's Black And Yellow has been added to Irish iTunes today (I assume it was added today anyway as I haven't seen it on the Irish iTunes feed before) - that could mean it's being released a week early in the UK, if so I can see that getting to #1 instead of Jessie/Adele/GaGa.

Its been on Irish itunes for a few weeks now, but has been hovering close to #100 and below though.

No, they played the Britney version. And, 'Bright Lights Bigger City' is Cee-Lo's new single, its fantastic.

Lest we all forget 'Billionaire' when it got as high as #11 on iTunes thanks to some illegal US compilation. Then they officially released the track and it seemed like a big contender for #1 but ended up peaking at #3 instead.

I guess it all depends on how genuinely popular Wiz Khalifa is. I wouldn't be surprised if it's #1 (following on from US Billboard Hot 100 two weeks ago) so I'd say top 3 at least is possible.

Oh :( It probably will stay with a 5 March release date, hopefully this'll be the last time there's such a huge delay between a song getting big in the USA and being released here

That's a bit different as the version that was charting was the real version, not a fake :P And anyway, it's sold a lot more in total than 'All Time Low' (the #1 that week) and it's had enough cultural impact it may as well have been a #1.

Oh yeah, that's true about Billionaire. I was literally 100% sure it'd get #1, and then it didn't! The song was so hyped up before its release, I genuinely found it shocking that it didn't get #1. And even the whole week I thought it was going to chart at #2. I remember being shocked when it was announced as the #3 during the chart show.

Is for 2010? I suppose is for UK as Take That are on the list! And if it's for UK why is Beyonce at 3? Love her but she hasn't released anything in 2010 if i'm correct! Eminem was bigger than her in 2010

If you base it on total single sales (not including features), the top 3 for 2010 in the UK goes:

1. Rihanna

2. Glee Cast

3. Eminem

Can't remember what the albums were, but I'd guess Take That were #1 in that.

But I agree. Beyonce hasn't really done much in the past year. She did Telephone and Video Phone with Lady Gaga, Ego with Kanye West, and I think she released another single too, which peaked at around #40 on iTunes.

Well, Eminem is, obviously!! I think a music video would be kind of pointless without him, given what the entire song is about!!! Skylar is in it too.

It's a great video though. I was half worried the video would just be Em and Dr. Dre hugging for 5 minutes. :drama:

EDIT: Found the whole top 10 for the sinlges:

01 - 2,496,982 - Rihanna

02 - 2,022,338 - Glee Cast

03 - 1,907,371 - Eminem

04 - 1,832,358 - Lady GaGa

05 - 1,758,853 - Katy Perry

06 - 1,517,050 - Tinie Tempah

07 - 1,362,146 - Black Eyed Peas

08 - 1,279,514 - Usher

09 - 1,201,662 - Jason Derulo

10 - 1,195,859 - B.o.B.

Also, these are NOT including sales as a featured artist. So Rihanna would need like another million added on from Love the Way You Lie, Who's That Chick?, Live Your Life, etc. :o

Also, if you subtract the sales of Love the Way You Lie, No Love and Not Afraid from Eminem's total, it's actually incredible how much he's sold of his older songs and Recovery album tracks in 2010! :o
