Do you really think The Sats can pull off seven singles from one album?

Faster - January/February

White Lies - April/May/June

The Way You Watch Me - August/September

Last Call - December

Giving Una time off in March.

01 All Fired Up

02 Notorious

03 Faster

04 My Heart Takes Over

05 Get Ready, Get Set

06 The Way You Watch Me

07 For Myself

08 Do What You Want With Me

09 Promise Me

10 Wish I Didn't Know

11 White Lies

12 Last Call

13 I Say OK

14 Move On U

So they wrote half of the album (Songs in italics) which is very impressive in my eyes, make them seem like more credible artists. :D Surprised they wrote Get Ready, Get Set. I've also noticed that the albums that they have taken their time with (CL and OYR) seem to be the more favoured albums..

As for singles I would go for Faster for spring, The Way You Watch Me for summer and possibly Last Call for next autumn, although I reckon they will stop at a fifth single.

That's wishful thinking to the max, I'd be surprised if they go beyond 5 singles, possibly even stopping at 4.
YAY my copy was despatched :)
Also Last Call, if I didn't know Lucie Silvas was a co writer, I would have guessed she was as writer on it. It's got her all over it, and I love it! These are the only songs i've listened to outside the singles. I love all five songs so far. I really hope my album comes tomorow!
I'm listening to the album tracks one by one on youtube, and 'faster' is FANTASTIC  I really hope that's the next single. the bridge, the chorus, and especially the middle 8 are just incredible. challenging for my favourite sats song too.

On Your Radar Pre-Orders

#16 HMV - 8 places because it's no longer in the 'Pre-Order Chart' as it is currently shipping copies!

#16 Amazon - 2 places in 'Hot New Releases'

#16 Play.com - 1 place in 'Pre-Order Chart'

#188 iTunes - Wasn't in chart before!

Must be something about #16! :P

I'm not being funny, and I love Britney, but how can you say you don't like auto-tuned songs when you have the Blackout cover in your sig?!

Is it one rule for one and one for another, because all of Britney's songs are auto-tuned. I think you're just trying to find fault..

I love it and I'm with Jark, some of these tracks wouldn't sound out of place on a Britney/Rihanna album.

Early favourites from me are White Lies, Faster, Do What You Want With Me & Get Ready Get Set.

I never said I dont like autotuned tracks, so dont put words in my mouth. Also why would I try to find fault, I love the saturdays and have always wanted to see them do well, just because I dont share your opinion means Im bitter and trying to find fault? Sure...

I stand by what I say and shouldn't have to defend it.

Do you really think we'll get six singles?! Four yes, will be lucky to get a fifth imo, let alone a sixth. Also, as much as I love 'Last Call' if 'MHTO' can't go top 10 then where would that chart? It's a great song yes, but definitely just an album track.

Agreed with Johnny on all counts. I reckon it'll be Faster next, playing it safe, and it would be touch and go whether it became a hit (just because MHTO flopped and it's hard getting radio back on side after a flop). If it was a decent hit we might get a fifth, Get Ready Get Set probably.

Lol @ even the thought of them having 6 singles. Probably a 4th then go on a break while Una has the baby.

Of course you don't have to defend what you said, but what you said didn't make sense!

You said "They sound over auto-tuned and I really don't like it" so I asked you if it was one rule for one and one for another?

How can you like one artist that is auto-tuned but not another, I was just wondering? I didn't say you were bitter.

And you also said that there is a decline in quality, but I completely beg to differ.

The producers that worked on this album have worked with the likes of Britney, Pussycat Dolls, Kylie.. world class artists.

You could argue that working with those doesn't necessarily equate to quality tracks but, in this case, it does!

Unless the next single is a decent hit then I can't see a 5th single being released at all. Say they release 'Faster' towards the end of Jan, that would mean the single after that being out in March time which is when Una's baby is due. Yes they could promote with the four of them and shoot a video now, but this is The Sats we're talking about. I personally don't see the album being on more than 100k in the new year, I just see them releasing another single and ending the era there, starting fresh once Una's back and working on recording the next album, brushing a bit of a flop era under the carpet. That's how I see it going anyway.

How horrible giving a mother a month off to give birth/nurture her child! And not that I've listened yet, but I really cannot see them having even two singles after the album's release, but that would be the absolute max that they'd go to.

After a couple of listens through...

09.0 'All Fired Up'

08.0 'Notorious'

10.0 'Faster'

10.0 'My Heart Takes Over'

07.0 'Get Ready, Get Set' [una's bridge is the best thing about this song. It just becomes repetitive and boring (and we've heard this all before) until them points.]

06.5 'The Way You Watch Me' (feat. Travie McCoy)

06.0 'For Myself'

08.5 'Do What You Want With Me' [This is growing hugely after initially being disappointed!]

06.0 'Promise Me'

08.5 'Wish I Didn't Know'

10.0 'White Lies'

08.0 'Last Call'

---

07.5 'I Say Ok'

07.0 'Move On U'

Another solid album from them, although I'm a little disappointed. I like how they said that 'All Fired Up' was very different to the album, when all in all, it's actually not THAT different. (I'm not complaining though!) I love the ballads and 'White Lies' is surely a monster hit waiting to happen?! 'Faster' will/should do great though. This album seems to be growing (slowly but surely). Still the best girl group in a while. Probably since The Spice Girls for me. I just prefer their albums, to Girls Aloud's and Sugababes' albums etc...

I've only played the album once. Since then 'I Say OK' is on repeat.
Tbh I'm debating whether they'll even bother with a 3rd if it flops like they did Wordshaker. If they do, I really think it's curtains for them :( So they best get Faster out at least.
