I was sad to see that nobody does recaps anymore so I decided to bring it back! It's the main reason I wanted the confirmation list bounced back to me asap, just in case you were wondering :lol: I wasn't just being annoying, it's not like the rest of the thread took any time to prep! Plus this way I was able to provide the MP3's myself as I was downloading them anyway for the recap :D Pavel can have a month off!

Luckily I've got quite a bit of holiday from work over the next few weeks, I saved it all up until the end of the year! So enough time to do the bells and whistles for BJSC I guess...

Espen send my favourite song of the last few months, and best song of this year (even though i first heard and loved it in like november). OMFG <3 <3 <3 ANOTHER top mark pretty much guaranteed.

Haha, maybe nobody knows anything about the woman so didn't notice them! I couldn't really squeeze Vågar Du, Vågar Jag in there shockingly, so just stuck it at the end!

 

For those in the dark, she's a Melodifestivalen legend, and more importantly a past Rontvian entrant - finishing 4th in BJSCIX with Nobody Without You :wub:

With the 18 point system I could probably compile my votes relatively quickly, but with the 12 point system it's going to be incredibly difficult to decide who to cut :( I didn't really hate anything and only 3 or 4 songs were average to me, I liked or loved most of them.

Devotion is very Olivia Newton-John, pretty good pop song though which she released last year, it's on her new album in a more polished version than the single version was.

Vaken I En Dröm sounds amazing in the recap :wub:

I really like the 'recap' idea! It sounds as if it could be a real Eurovision recap looking back on the songs of the night! :D I'm glad that 'Flags' stands out from the rest of the entries as being a bit different :)

My entry is not typical for buzzjack, really hope that I'll get at least more pts than last time :lol:

jj will hardly finish Top 20 unfortunately :(

and lol at KoS sending Berger...I knew that he's going to send it...but will she be the second artist to win twice, remains to be seen...great song.

 

She is the arguably the greatest winner this contest has ever seen! It wouldn't be right for Ms Berger to come back with anyone else ^_^ PLUS after literally years of checking her myspace for updates on her very long time in the making third album I think I've earned this lol. She won't match the result of 'Will You Remember...' but this is a damn good comeback nevertheless :)

 

This contest actually sounds like something we would have got in the XI-XX era, really encouraging on the recap :D

True, some songs in the recap sounded anthemic! :o
