Hey guys, I met the gorgeous Vanessa White tonight at a great gig in shoreditch that I was performing at, as part of a band. And I asked her about the single lol and she seemed suprised that I even knew of it, or how it sounded haha. Maybe cos she was a bit tipsy lol. But erm yeah, she said it's to be released at the end of May, so I'm guessing 22nd as many of you said, but then she said "or June, i'm not too sure" lool. Thats red wine for you I guess. But yeah i managed to get a picture with her so i do have evidence lol, she's amazing and I can't wait for this single to go to number 1! I have high hopes for it and i can't wait to hear the bloody rest!

The three artists you have mentioned though haven't really beneffited from on air/on sale. Not one of them hit #1 and Gagas 'Judas', Beyonces 'Girls' and both of Britneys singles have so far had awful chart runs. However, they are all international artists, and not one of them have bothered to come to the UK to promote their singles whereas The Saturdays will promote it, and thats where The Saturdays have the upper hand :).

and neither Gaga, Beyonce or Brit had videos ready to go with their songs when they were released. So the hype had gone when the videos were finally released.

If the video gets added straight away (how it seems to be at the moment) and the song is as good as we think - I won't get worried about the Sats really!

They're taking a gamble releasing it so soon without any big promo campaign..

I think this has a chance of being a steady seller. They have a big enough fanbase to capitalise on the "on air/on sale" thing (debut top 20 at LEAST!). With the video premier soon after, then this will stabilise it as it garners the airplay and video play from music channels. I'd far prefer a chart run of 14-3-5-8-8-8-13- as opposed to something like 1-5-8-15-28-46-57- (which is what it probably would have done had they held back on the release.)

The video premier is three days before the official release. Meaning it will hit the music channels two days before and will no doubt have what Gaga got.. " The Saturdays New Video" I think it will do better than people are suspecting. The Saturdays do have a big enough fanbase to get it top 5 in the opening week as sales at the moment are low and only takes 50k to get to number one in 2weeks time imo.

I know this will sound strange, but I hope people do know about Notorious (even in the fanbase) because it only seems like the 'regulars' are posting about it in the respective threads in here, PopJustice, their official forum etc...
