I still think (and hope) it will get top 10 this week. :(

Although it doesn't look good for next week.

Still the song has done very well. I don't think it was very well promoted, seeing as I never heard of it until it appeared in the chart!

I don't know, I still think The Wanted have a shot at being #1 tomorrow... I'd imagine their physical sales would be heavily weighted towards the end of the week.

I still just find it hard to imagine Nicole Scherzinger being #1 tbh... if it does manage it, I expect it divebomb in the next few weeks.

Well I'm rooting for The Wanted, not just because of Comic Relief, but also because I predicted they'd be no.1 in Ben's prediction game!!

It will get 10 at the highest I think sadly :( I had heard of it via Popjustice a month or two ago! I had got bored of it but it doing so well (until now) this week I revisited it and re-loved it! I kinda think it's better not to get top 10 because they'd be in danger of a dubious top 10 to out chart run :(

LOL @ Hold It Against Me down in the 60s

Also, Parade are doing awful. Already out of the top 20, what a fail.

Hold It Against Me should really have done better imo. Should've been a #1 imo.

In all honesty, I do rather like Britney. I appreciate her and admire what she stands for, so I do hope all the best for her. :)

seriously "Hold It Against Me" is probably worst britney's single i have ever heard. :\

What was the highest position for this song?

BTW is it just me or Dont hold your breath is getting closer to gold forever?

Hold It Against Me is FANTASTIC!!!! I think it peaked at #6 in the official charts? I know. Absolute TRAGEDY! :nocheer:

I think you're right about Don't Hold Your Breath. Someone Like You is also getting close to Gold Forever, evidently.

Any new releases to look forward to? Apart from Glee's entries ('Thriller'/'Heads Will Roll' mash-up!)

some notable new releases:

Calvin Harris - Awooga

Chris Brown feat. Lil Wayne & Busta Rhymes - Look At Me Now

Green Day- Cigarettes and Valentines

Nicki Minaj feat. Drake - Moment 4 Life

Panic! At The Disco - The Ballad Of Mona Lisa

Susan Boyle & Geraldine McQueen - I Know Him So Well*

The Black Eyed Peas - Just Can't Get Enough

The Human League - Never Let Me Go

The Vaccines - If You Wanna*

Trey Songz feat. Nicki Minaj - Bottoms Up

White Lies - Strangers†

not much of which (bar Peter and SuBo) should make that much of an impact

Oh, I thought J-Lo was released this week. Is that next Sunday?

And what do people reckon it will do? I'm hoping for a top 5, but am doubtful.

J-Lo is out next Sunday! I'm thinking maybe a number 1 as it'll be quiet? Maybe wishful thinking as I love it so much? But it should easily be top 10, probably top 5.

544. 'I Know Him So Well (featuring. Susan Boyle & Geraldine McQueen)' Comic Relief & Peter Kay

I'd love it if J-Lo got to number one, don't see it happening?

But then again, I never thought Nicole would get a number one with DHYB despite my bumming of it I thought it'd be low top 5 st best. So who knows?

I don't see why J-Lo wouldn't get to #1... 'On The Floor' is AMAZING. Its my favourite track of 2011 so far actually. Adore it.

 Top 3 for sure, and a big contender for number 1!

On the Floor is an incredible song and would be a fantastic #1!!!!

Weird that Hey Daddy is getting released now! I used to hear it on the radio like a year ago! :o

It'd be cool if the Chris Brown song did well, because then we'd have 3 Chris Brown songs, and 2 Busta Rhymes songs in the top 40!!! :o

But presumably not in the 'Royal British Legion' or 'Cage Against The Machine' sense... :P

Well, I half agree with that (the female, singing half, of course). ;)

Yet another song I'll have to do some snippage on, before it'll get on my iPod...

Because we've all been suffering withdrawal symptoms due to the lack of charting urban songs, recently?

ok...I used to love JLo esp her earlier dance/ pop songs then started to think from like 2005-2010 she was just worn out, washed up and nothing more than a flop machine. But between the buzz from AI and quality beats of On The Floor , I think she REALLY deserves #1 1000x more than Nicole Schit$h!tger did this week lmao
