So Adele looks set for a tenth week top 10 then :D Which I believe is the longest run in the top 10 for a British female solo artist since Duffy - Mercy.

Is it just me or have a lot of the older songs fallen quite a bit recently ?

Seems to be a bit of a clearout

I love Rollarades,Skinny Genes and Mr Medicine. I have her album :). Shuch a shame she is going to be a one hit wonder :(.
Apparently watching a video on Vevo counts for the Billboard Chart in the US. Music video sales on iTunes should at least count for something in the UK!!

I think its a bit premature to hail Eliza as a one hit wonder. She is in the same boat as too many of the new crop of singers that commercial radio is just not playing her music and her profile is rather low.I think she has the potential to turn it around but needs stronger material. Her album is really good.

I hope Susan Boyle and that awful cover start to drop, I imagine Syco will suck the poor woman dry and she will end up penniless.

'Mr Medicine' is DULL. It's forever on at the place where I work and it's awful. Particularly when you've heard it every day for the last 6 months or so!

Eurgh, tell me about it. I work in Co-Op and they play this song ALL THE TIME. Another one is 'It's OK' by Cee-Lo. :puke:

Hit that top 10 Kanye. I love that song!

I'm not sure. "Skinny Genes" got very good radio play(I hear it more than some bigger hits) and it spent what seemed like forever hanging around the lower top 100. Mr Medicine has got quite good music channel support too(which Skinny Genes didn't have). I want her to be more successful, but people just don't seem to be that interested in anything but "Pack Up".

Surprise Monsters!: Born This Way (The Country Road Version) will be released on Twitter tomorrow at 12am PST/3am EST 3/25.

That must be a new definition of 'one hit wonder' that I haven't heard before... :P

wow black eyed peas always seem to just come out of nowhere! really glad it's doing well though it's probably my favourite off the album.

looks like adele's gonna have another week at #1 then!

That must be a new definition of 'one hit wonder' that I haven't heard before... :P

Well, she has had two top 40 singles I suppose. I forgot about when Skinny Genes went top 30 originally.

Olly Murs - Heart On My Sleeve is at #50 :o I'm shocked at tow quickly it's dropping! Especially after such strong 1st and 2nd singles 'Please Don't Let Me Go' and 'Thinking Of Me' :( x

That's brilliant. She'll beat that with 'Rolling in the Deep' and then when that drops out, she'll beat it again with 'Someone Like You'. ^_^ I can't believe how well she's doing this era!

Someone like you is a smash hit!!!

When is the video released! ^_^

lol. What? From what I've experienced, commercial radio can't seem to stop playing her music!! Her songs are so radio friendly. Pack Up got to #1 on the airplay chart, for crying out loud!!! If that doesn't constitute a lot of radio airplay, I don't know what does!

Although, that said, Price Tag, Someone Like You, Grenade and Forget You are vastly over-shadowing Eliza in the radio-friendly department at the moment.

EDIT: I can't see Mr. Medicine on the Radio 1 playlist though (or 1Xtra, obviously ). I'd expect her to be on Radio 2's playlist though.

I don't think they're releasing one, are they?
