Nicki Minaj at #96 now. I really hope it can get back into the top 40, it'll be really annoying if it missed out on the top 40 because of this stupid error  Then again I don't see why it wouldn't go top 40 again assuming it still has the momentum... SLY Live managed to go back into the top 30 after deletion after all (and obviously later went as high as #11 again after CR)

Some of the recent batch of 59p songs seem to be rebounding again... Teenage Dirtbag, End Credits, The Man Who Can't Be Moved, Viva La Vida and Creep have all significantly reclimbed and Moving To New York has gone even higher than it did the first time. Thankfully Chasing Cars isn't climbing again. Down to #146 :D

Feeder have dropped to #100 - why was it even in the top 40 anyway?

Above & Beyond have finally gone top 100, they were outside the top 100 all week last week but with their multiple versions, EP sales and physicals (?) it managed to chart at #71 officially - could climb this week? Or at least stay top 100 for a second week.

Great to see this sticking around :D Shame it missed the top 50 but hopefully it will outsell Post Break-Up Sex.

This too is holding up way better than I expected :D Hopefully it will go top 40 soon

66. Viva la Vida - Coldplay

Wow. Beautiful People up to #65!! :o And Look At Me Now up to #30!! :o

And Regulate up to #52. Seriously, why? Good song though! :)

I have said before that I didn't think Look At Me Now would connect with the General public, but it seems to be doing pretty well already.. so they may aswell stick with it as the 2nd single

& Then release Beautiful People as planned in May

Yeah, that would be good. It'd be similar to what Rihanna did (i.e. dance-pop song, then urban song, then dance-pop song), which worked really well. :D

I mean, it's getting so many downloads already, with minimal promotion.

I wouldn't call WMN? an urban song. It's just a pop song that's less dancy than OG(ITW) and S&M and with a rapper on it.

I wouldn't say What's My Name? is a pop song! I'm not saying it's urban because of the rapper, necessarily (I wouldn't say Higher by The Saturdays, or On the Floor, is urban, for example). It's primarily an RnB song imo. It might sound like a pop song because of how the instrumental is played by computerized organs of some sort, which isn't the typical choice of instrument for an RnB song, and yes, it is quite dancey, but RnB songs can be so (and the song can belong to genres other than RnB, obviously).

Btw, I'm not criticizing the song by saying I think it's more RnB. I love it!! Just I really don't think it's very pop at all. I could imagine Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Britney, Miley Cyrus, etc. doing Only Girl or S&M, but I cannot in a million years imagine any of them doing What's My Name?.

Oh no. Katy B down to #8.

Edited by Eric_Blob

What's My Name is a pop/rnb crossover song, more rnb than pop. Rihanna isn't just about pop, she can do RNB very well too. Only Girl & S&M are definately poppy songs but WMN is different. J-Lo is trying out the same sort of release schedule of pop first single and rnb second single - unfortunately it features Lil Wayne and isn't very good so it won't do well here
