So yes, LMFAO will probably overtake J-Lo as I can imagine a track like 'Party Rock Anthem' benefitting from the weekend effect.

Great to see Cee Lo Green still on the climb. Would be nice to see 'BL,BC' manage to climb into the top 10. I'm also shocked that I've finally heard a Chris Brown track ('Beautiful People') where his vocals don't irritate me. Benny Benassi have worked magic on the actual production/backing track.

What a shame Jennifer Hudson is not doing UK promotion I am sure her song would climb.Nicky is steadily climbing must be Britney fans.

She is, mid august though, she will be on The Graham Norton show on 21st April

'On The Floor' will benefit from the weekend effect too :P But in the not-too-distant future, I can see 'Party Rock Anthem' getting to #1 :D

I'm surprised that the Wiz Khalifa version hasn't taken off, and I've noticed that Capital are back to playing the solo version. Hope it gets top 10, although it probably won't :(

Agreed, Chris Brown actually sounds quite soulful! :o Really hope it becomes bigger than 'Yeah 3x' did

BEPs #3!!!!!!!! YASSSS!

This! :w00t:

And Beautiful People is amazing.

Great to see E.T. in the top 10.

Someone Like You is not a dance song.

Great to see Sweat back in the top 10 too. :D

I'm not surprised the single version of Cee-Lo's track isn't doing well. The stations that love Cee-Lo the most won't play rap. The only places I've heard the single version are Capital and 1Xtra.

THIS - Chris Brown has changed his singing style on this song for the better, and it's great to see Benny Benassi make a comeback. If I had been around on a music forum in 2003 and was old enough, "Satisfaction" would have had weeks at my personal chart number one. I didn't actually discover the song until around 06/07 when I watched music TV a lot and found the video (one of the best music videos of all time imo)

I know something about you, you don't listen to Radio 1, the best station ever imo, because they play Cee Lo feat Wiz Khalifa on there. I don't mean to be rude, I'm just saying they play the single version on more than just 1xtra and capital

The whole SLY is a dance song thing was clearly meant as a joke, hence the :P smiley ;) Wow @ J-Hud, didn't think IRM would EVER touch the top 100! With promo/more airplay she can hopefully get top 40 at least!!! And Beautiful People  I prefer Y3x but both are brilliant tracks and I hope BP does really well for him!

I listen to Radio 1 every single day! Today I listened to it for an hour during my lunch break, and Reggie (from the chart show) was presenting, and he did a "blind date" with J-Lo. And I also listened to it on the way home, and they played Someone Like You, and I listened that Newsbeat thing they do at around 5:45.

And Radio 1Xtra is a "sub-station" of Radio 1, btw.

Oh cool, I guess you've just missed hearing BLBC on R1, but it's hard to miss, I mean it's everywhere on that station. And yes I knew R1xtra is a "sub-station" of R1 but it isn't the same thing (e.g. they don't have the same playlist, and 1xtra is more urban). Right now R1 is the only station I "listen" to, although sometimes I hear when my moms listening to R2 - which normally is boring except they play Cee Lo too just without Wiz

Yeah, 1Xtra is a LOT more urban (which is why I like listening to it ).

Yeah, I guess I've just missed it. I've heard BLBC on the chart related shows obviously, but I don't think I've ever heard it outside of that (although I heard the instrumental playing once when they did a news piece about the role of the Internet in those political protests going on everywhere atm).

The song I used to hear most on Radio 1 was I Need a Doctor, probably, although that's been taken off the playlist now, so I probably won't hear it so much anymore (although I did hear it today, still). It's good though, I've heard I Need a Doctor a grand total of once on Capital. :nocheer: :(

I just listen to whatever really. I have to listen to Smooth FM or Heart FM every morning for about 20 minutes in the car. Out of my own choice, I just listen to whatever station is playing a good song or doing something that interests me, which is usually Capital, one of my local radio stations (there's one I love in particular called BRMB) or Radio 1. Occasionally I listen to a station like Radio 2, Smooth, Kerrang! or Heart out of choice. I listened to Kerrang! a bit today because I heard them playing Welcome to the Black Parade, and I listen to Heart also on the way home from work, because they played Man! I Feel Like a Woman! by Shania Twain which I used to LOVE when I was little!

Can 'Girls Fall Like Dominoes' make it into the UKTop40 by Sunday?

I think it is already top 40 in the midweeks.

Yeah, 1Xtra is a LOT more urban (which is why I like listening to it ).

I like urban but I don't listen to 1xtra as there is no LMFAO, Rihanna, Lady GaGa and R1 is more varied

Given it is comfortably top 40 in the mids I'd be very surprised if it didn't.

It's great to see the UK having some taste in Minaj songs - YL and RTM were both horrible and deserved to flop but M4L and GFLD are great.

I think a far more difficult question is can 'Best Love Song' be top 40? It hasn't shown up in the mids yet depsite having been top 30 for a few days now. It'd be T-Pain's first top 40 hit as the lead artist since 'Church' in early 2008 :o

And what about Minaj's biggest hit "Check It Out" with will.i.am which sadly missed out on top 10 thanks to the Saturdays

And including featurings, Nicki Minaj's biggest hit would be "2012" with Jay Sean iirc

1Xtra do play Rihanna quite a lot actually. Not so much Only Girl and S&M, but they play What's My Name?, Man Down, Love the Way You Lie, Fly and Rude Boy a lot, and Who's That Chick? from time to time.

I've never heard Lady Gaga on 1Xtra, although I would've imagined they'd've played Video Phone and Chillin'. LMFAO, I've never heard on 1Xtra either, although that does surprise me to be honest.

Yeah, Radio 1 is definitely more varied.

With all the great songs that she's been the lead artist or the featured artist, it's quite disappointing to see '2012' being her highest peak so far. :( Although hopefully 'Where Dem Girls At' will get higher than #9
