Yep, but because it sold out entirely and they weren't legally allowed to press more, not through lack of interest!

Poor Bruno, he didn't have the best of years with that and RATM. No wonder Mark Goodybags took over not long aferwards.

Ultimate 90s Number Twos Rate 1992 (Not the best year for music!)

On A Ragga Tip completely outshines everything else apart from Everybody in the Place
On A Ragga Tip completely outshines everything else apart from Everybody in the Place

This is my opinion exactly.

I heard 'Everybody In The Place' for the first time before I voted and didn't think much of it, listened to it again and yeah it's a great song - it looks likely to go through (whether it'll go straight to the final or to the wildcard round I cannot say) :kink:

After 'Out of Space' was mentioned in another thread I had a listen to that, I like that song too - much better than EITP and different to a lot of Prodigy songs

'On A Ragga Tip' is amazing too, it deserved at least a week at number one

The one thing I disapprove of about the re-release of Bohemian Rhapsody in 91/92 is it denied The Prodigy from having 3 #1s (it would have been their first #1 obviously). EITP was their only single to peak at #2.

No offence to The Prodigy but Queen deserved that number one more, their lead singer sadly died from Aids and they deserved to get number one, and also have the best selling non charity song of all time, Bohemian Rhapsody is a classic song and is more remembered than Everybody In The Place. The Prodigy could have had a week at number one after Queen was finished but they released at the wrong time unfortunately

Why weren't they legally allowed to press more? :o

By the way, I much prefer We Are Raving by Slipstreem which peaked at #18 in January 1993.
