I remember in the run-up to the BGT finals the year Susan was Runner-Up ... I'm certain Simon was on record as saying 'ONLY the winner will be signed' ... and yet we all know what happened. This is what makes BGT (and X-F for that matter) such a total farce. ONLY the winner should benefit otherwise - why not rename it 'Showtime with Simon'? Kath

June 4, 201114 yr Simon also said on XF last year ONLY the winner would be signed, yet Rebecca, Cher, One Direction and Mary have ALL been signed to Syco in addition to Matt. But I suppose in theory the purpose of BGT isn't a record contract so it's not as bad.

After all that would mean allowing other record companies to sign up some of the acts.
June 4, 201114 yr Right result, Ronan was just scarily manufactured and of the final three, Jai looked the most natural. Would have loved Razy to win, he probably just overstretched himself with that routine though.

June 4, 201114 yr Michael Collins was excellent. His voice is very soulful. That market is not very over-saturated at the moment either.. Going to be an interesting final. I can't see Ronan Parke winning anymore after the "allegations". I think New Bounce won't stand out as much as they did in their semi-final as the competition is MUCH bigger. I want Razy to win as I put a bet on him, but he's going to have to come up with another special routine. But I've decided that I'm absolutely confident Jai McDowell will win tonight. !!!!! I was going to put a bet on last night thought against it, I still had my hopes on Razy! I think Simon Cowell's comments killed his chance of winning mind. New Bounce were ok, I f***ing hate that afro kid though. They did just look like JLS 10 years younger. Ronan and Jai were probably the right top two. Both very good singers. I always thought Jai would win once it got to the final three though, the Scottish power vote can never be underestimated (see Leon Jackson).
June 5, 201114 yr lol at some comments on YouTube saying that Ronan is actually a girl. :lol::huh: Oh dear. There are a few questions that have to be asked about any conspiracy theory. One of them is about the number of people who will know about the conspiracy. Clearly in this case that would be a lot of people. Therefore the theory can be dismissed as crap.
