Glad Beyonce is on the up too :D

^ Yeah, it's kind of difficult to tell who does what part in the remix.

I'm quite impressed with it though. I hope it gets released.

Bass Down Low has been on alot of music channels recently, but has it been getting airplay?

I'd love it to be #1. LOL. :(

I heard it once on the radio (Radio 1) a few months ago. That's it though. :(

Nero should go top 10 IMO - his pre-orders have been good on Itunes so should get a high debut - hopefully he'll knock LMFAO the top spot + we can get a decent number 1
LOVING the britney/kesha/nicki remix :)

Me too. I'm listenening to it again now. :D My favourite bit is the part at the end, where it sounds like music from a Mario game.

I think Nero will go top 10 actually, there was a fake version top 300 the other day and that doesn't often happen to non-top-10 hits :P

It deserves to outpeak MAY anyway, MAY was quite weak compared to Innocence and Guilt is a bit of a return to form. :D

Really? I've heard 'Guilt' and whilst it's ok it's certainly not as strong a track as 'Me & You' which was far more anthemic. Personally, I only see Nero's new single scraping into the top 40 - maybe top 30.

I hate songs like Party Rock Anthem. I hate the structure to them. The stupid little spoken phrase followed by a bit of party music, complete with dire lyrics and the fact the song just doesn't go anywhere. Riverside, We No Speak Americano, The Time (Dirty Bit) and other songs like that do my head in. They sound good at parties but that's it, they're just popular for a few weeks and then they start to dire and sound really old when the next party song comes along. :(

I agree with you that Me & You was better, easily my favourite 'dubstep' single that I've heard, absolutely brilliant song. Guilt has been slowly growing on me but for me, although I like it now, it's p*ss weak in comparison - that said, it's a more pure example of the genre, slightly more respectable and it's been getting a lot of hype and attention. I'd be surprised if it didn't outpeak Me & You, and I'm currently predicting #5-10 for it. And then the following week everyone can move aside because Blue release I Can ^_^

Really did not expect to prefer a Jennifer Lopez lead single to a Beyonce lead single :o If someone told me that before I heard both songs I would of thought they were nuts.

Beyonce

I wouldn't say Riverside, We No Speak Americano and The Time were popular for "a few weeks". Try "a few years". Party Rock Anthem could go the same way. It's unbelievably popular at the moment.

All those songs are popular because of their instrumentals though, so the lyrics really don't matter. The lyrics are just the sort of thing everybody can learn easily and scream at parties when they're dancing. It would be kind of pointless if you had lyrics from the likes of Someone Like You, All of the Lights, I Need a Doctor, etc. on those instrumentals, because nobody would pay attention to them.

Nope.... but Prob gonna track down his other tracks on Itunes for a wee listen :)

Nero is a duo by the way

Innocence sounds more like Guilt than MAY. (Which is a good thing) :D
