Before we Break into the top 15.. For You To adore the track it must be 9+ with If You get -4 You Despise The Track. If you give the track 11 you will be called a loon.

Anyway Headlines despite having the less tracks seems to be catching up with both albums. Therefore already giving the results that Headlines is already a more popular album than Wordshaker if a wordshaker track falls out before the top 15.

Yes. Three Chasing Lights tracks in a row!! Shock Horror, The most successfull albums selling over 350k! I don't know what's more suprising the fact Wordshaker has avoided three eliminations or We still have lots of Headline Songs.

Well Done Buzzjack! The Saturdays Third Lowest selling single which somehow managed to peak at number 2 has came 2nd for the selling lowest single. Had work been a lead single it arguably could have sold double the amount it did. Well Wordshakers hopes of being the most successfull album for the Saturdays forever is over. Awful I know. That's Two lead singles that have failed to break the top 15.. Will MissingYou Break top 10?[/b]

Keep Her is probably the best to represent the album, though. It's got a very old fashioned feel, very retro and disco with a huge classy chorus. The four singles from Chasing Lights were too pop and radio friendly whereas tracks like Keep Her, Lies, Set Me Off,Why Me Why Now, Chasing Lights and Fall were really motown/old school tracks.

 

And it's always performed live, and is a pretty good track, much better than Issues or If This Is Love.

No One, Denial, Died In Your Eyes are actually my favorites :cry:

Another Wordshaker song being eliminated is a song which is the album's title name. The song became a fans favourite and entered the top 100 on Itunes and was praised by criticts and was performed at many venues. The despised thing will return for the top 10.

Weird the last two eliminations have been the album's title. Chasing Lights missed the top 10 by 4.5marks. This shows how close it is to the top 10 with one song missing the top 10 i find criminal.. you will find this out buzzjack and I will vent my fury on you Saturday fans!

Chasing Lights is such a lovely listen :wub: It's a much better ballad than Issues.

This song deserved top 10 without a shadow of a doubtr! Astonished it didin't break the top 10. It was only 3.5 points from breaking top 10 :(

Lose Control is brilliant!!

 

I'm not mad on Issues, but I do like it. I really liked the performance of it on the Chasing Lights tour.

This song was rumoured to be the third release for Wordshaker before the album was scrapped. This was then moved onto headlines where it was also rumoured to be a release and was used as the poppey appeal song this year.

Just Can't Get Enough" was covered by the girl band The Saturdays. It was one of the official Comic Relief Singles for 2009. On 8 March 2009, the song entered the UK Singles Chart at number 2, where it peaked, being beaten by Flo Rida after being at number 1 at the midweek count, thus being the first Comic Relief single not to chart at number 1 in 14 years. However, it gave The Saturdays their highest chart placing ever, outpeaking and outselling the original track, plus marked their fourth consecutive top ten hit in the UK. The success of this single was later matched by "Forever is Over".

 

Frankie Sandford and Una Healy take the first verse. While Rochelle Wiseman takes both bridges and backing vocals in the middle 8. Mollie King who does back up in all bridges, sings the second verse with Vanessa White who sings the adlibds and takes lead on the middle 8. She also backs up Rochelle in the second verse. It was also released on Chasing Lights Deluxe.
