Not a loon for Kelly, but I don't dislike her... But I must say, what an album! Really surprised how good it is! Listened to nearly all the tracks, and none as such yet that I think are weak.... :)

I can't get into this album. Somebody tell me which song I need to listen to that is going to make me see the light.
Bought this today and I think it's brilliant! On first two listens, the standouts are the first 2 tracks. But I don't think there's a real bad song there.

Bought the album at 1AM Tuesday morning. LOVE it.

"Don't Be A Girl About It" is seriously the best thing ever right now. (Even if I prefer the demo).

Just waiting to find out predictions for US first week...

Mr. Know It All is #11 on US iTunes, What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger) is #20.

EDIT:

19/RCA first-season American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson’s Stronger is off to a nice start, with estimates in the 155-165k range, off from her previous first-week sales of 255k for the March 2009 album, All I Ever Wanted.

I knew this wouldn't be a great hit, at least we can hope for Gold.
I expected more tbh :( Wasn't she #1 on iTunes ahead of Coldplay at some point? On the plus side, Kelly hasn't really been a 'big seller' since Breakaway and will probably make up for it with ticket sales.

Ticket sales are irrelevant, they don't make the label any money whatsoever. The album might still be headed for platinum though, she's got the Christmas sales bump to fall back on, plus What Doesn't Kill You will with any luck be a bigger hit than Mr Know It All.

No but obviously with high ticket sales comes demand. In an extreme circumstance, Kelly could be dropped (although I doubt it with only one album left in her contract) based on low sales. Like you said though, WDKY could be a bigger hit than MKIA. I read a review that compared Stronger to Breakaway in a sense that MKIA is Stronger's 'Breakaway' leading up to WDKY being the album's 'SUBG'

I hope we see Kelly tour the UK soon. On average she takes about a year to make her way over here :(

Hopefully we'll see her do some promo for the 2nd single. All we got was a few radio interviews and X Factor *sigh*

In the HMV in Colchester they were only selling the deluex eddition of the album... Odd. Anyway it was less than a tenner so I purchased it. Still need to listen to it.

So with all this negativity, I thought I'd rate the album

The UK only got the deluxe. Like with Britney's Femme Fatale.

There are no absolutely terrible songs for me but quite a few just 'good' ones. Thankfully the amazing songs more than make up for it.

'I Forgive You', 'What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)', 'Mr. Know It All', 'Breaking Your Own Heart' and 'The Sun Will Rise' are pulling away as my clear favourites! All i all though I'm still finding it hard to take this album off of repeat. I can only remember being THIS obsessed with a couple more albums.
