June 10, 201213 yr She's a babe, i bloody love her. It wasn't her best performance though, but hey.
June 10, 201213 yr The album is #27 this week in the UK :) Up from #43 last week and #36 on Friday.
June 10, 201213 yr Excellent news :) Dark Side didn't go top 40 this week though :( Should do next week though.
June 10, 201213 yr She's looking straight out of the Breakaway era with her blonde straight hair at the moment. I do miss the brown and full fringe though but she looks amazing.
June 10, 201213 yr Dark Side pretty much just missed the top 40. Dark Side #43 Stronger #68 :) Although Dark Side is now slipping on iTunes. Hooeully it gets A listed by Radio One.
June 17, 201213 yr Dark Side made #40 :) That's all it will get in the top 40 though unless they release the price. What is everyone's favourite Kelly vocal performance? I've always been partial to this performance of Already Gone at Nova in Australia. QsUzLUHg-mQ
June 18, 201213 yr This has finally made an appearance on US itunes top 200...#186 its a start I guess.
June 18, 201213 yr Author 'Stronger' is OFFICIALLY her biggest selling album in the UK, since 'Breakaway'! :D Dark Side is the third single from Kelly Clarkson's album Stronger, following the Top 10 hits Mr. Know It All and What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger). Dark Side is off to a slow start having moved 56-43-40 thus far. Its arrival in the Top 40 comes just before its immediate predecessor What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger) becomes Clarkson's all-time biggest seller in the UK, with a tally of 365,272 sales to close of business on Saturday - despite its number eight peak - putting it fractionally behind 2009 chart-topper My Life Would Suck Without You, which has sold 365,720 copies. Stronger itself passed My Life Would Suck Without You’s parent album All I Ever Wanted’s career sales of 197,817 and achieved its own 200,000th sale last week, with 4,555 buyers in the week that saw it decline 27-33, while upping its career sales to 200,136. Even so, it is barely a seventh of the way to matching sales of Clarkson’s runaway best-seller, Breakaway, which has thus far sold 1,571,278 copies.
June 27, 201213 yr Dark Side has prety much killed this era now. Nowhere in the top 200 on the US iTunes, it's underperforming on airplay and in the UK it went in at #40 and is now out of the top 70 on iTunes already. It's not doing anything for the album in the US either (not even top 40 anymore after being there for months).
June 27, 201213 yr Author But it's been a success in the UK... #40 was as good as it was ever going to get, imo. But it's helping the album out quite a bit over here. Not sure about the US success, that sounds like a disaster, but the US are different to the UK and if she gets radio back on side with a new song from the album ('I Forgive You'/'Let Me Down') they'll have no problems in making it a hit. She'll be fine in getting another radio backed hit here in the UK and if the choice is right, the US too.
June 27, 201213 yr Dark Side got off to a slow start on US radio but it's picking up quite nicely now...

However I do agree its put a bit of a downer on the era, I want You Love Me to be the next single, hopefully they will just pull Dark Side from the airwaves and rush release the nex single, it was a horrible choice to begin with.
June 29, 201213 yr This is just going to be a slow burner there, I presume it'll peak by September (the time I would've released it tbh)

July 11, 201213 yr The album is starting to benefit in the US and is very stable in the UK. Roughly 215,000 UK sales. here we come. Edited July 11, 201213 yr by MyDecember
July 11, 201213 yr It may be picking up speed in America but its still not a hit, and for the other regions where its flopped it may well have lost interest in the era.
July 11, 201213 yr They just need to move onto single four within a couple of weeks (Europe wise). Let Me Down please!
July 30, 201212 yr I was just browsing Wikipedia and i noticed on the 'Stronger' album page it has Breaking Your Own Heart listed as the next single and down for a September 5th release....I'm praying this isn't true and that its just someone just randomly putting it on there.
