I just don't know. Although I'm sure that it would be huge if it made the final, I feel that there's a chance it might do a Kate Ryan if you know what I mean :( My major problem with it is that it isn't on YT (in the studio version anyway) and I'd expect people to listen to it from a TuneCore widget (me neither...) I've no idea if I'm the only older country to DNQ, I'll check.

Any song destined for huge things should make it through the semi when only 25% or so of songs are going out at that stage! It was when the semis were far bigger that the problems arose and we had some tragic DNQ's!

True, true, but anything could happen next month, I think there's a couple of people on the waiting list that finally reach 6 months in June...

(although Bray never votes so will probably get a deduction :lol:)

UnoShake unfortunately appear obvious. Torchwood and Farahtyn probably won't make it as they seem like the weakest link imo in accordance to everything else pop on offer. Most of Espens voters might be in the other semi. I'm very unsure when it comes to Hendinia, New Caprica and Unovia though, so either one can take that last spot. (I personally think New Caprica should take it.) And when it comes to my own entry I might think ahead of myself here, but it does stand out and I think it might gain enough support to qualify as it could appeal to both the indie and pop voters. I reckon 3-4-5 pointers across the board, enough to just about squeeze through. :thinking:

I don't see Hendinia and Unovia not qualifying under any circumstances! Farahtyn and Torchwood not making it is quite dubious too...

I don't have a problem with people discussing predictions/odds. In fact I think it's a good thing. (else we're just like prediction posting machines)

 

Only really when I see the prediction/odds threads full of chat and like one set of odds it's a bit annoying. :/

If this semi is as strong as Tyron makes out, I can see Hendinia not qualifying. SoundGirl aren't exactly up to the standards of GA or TS, and in the topic for 'Don't Know Why', I thought the reception seemed quite negative, or at least not positive enough to qualify from whats meant to be a very strong semi.

It's very Ace of Base/Alejandro, which leads me to suspect it'll probably go through.
