Is anyone else sick of Kelly's constant crying? She gets on my wick. I know she says some sensible things now and again but overall - she's not that much better than Cheryl. Tulisa is the best female judge (although the little outburst with the woman who reminded her of her mum was a bit over the top.) Speaking of which - surely that woman was more than 32?

And when, oh when, will any of these judges have the balls to stand up to the producers and say that they'll not join in with the ritual humilation of the mentally impaired. You know the contestants (one in particular - her third or fourth appearance) I'm talking about.

Kelly doesn't "constantly cry" though... and Tulisa has a really strong bond with her mum so it's no wonder she was emotional...

Here's a video of Carolynne performing 'The Climb' in full at the Trafford Centre - I think it's amazing and the X Factor clip really didn't do her justice:

And she's tweeted me too!! :D

Oh Jonjo she's always wiping away tears from her eyes! Maybe its just the mascara.

She hasn't cried in like 4 episodes  ? Plus, she gives constructive critism about the peoples voice, and how best to use it, like getting that girlband to do the harmonies accapella again and telling Chrissie not to cry because her vocal chords will shrink, proving she knows what she is on about. As much as I like Tulisa, she doesn't give construtive critism, she only tells you that you were 'brilliant' or 'awful'.

Also what is Gary on about not taking risks, isn't that what X Factor and being a popstar in general is all about.

He was probably told to say that, it's the whole "I usually don't but....this time I will!!" joyous routine.

OK - I take it all back. But I definitely saw tears when I watched the repeat on Sunday at my mum's! Maybe she'd been peeling onions. She does get over-excited though - but I suppose Americans are known for their enthusiasm!

Kelly is funny, straight talking, good looking, talented, experienced, definitely knows what she is talking about, can dance, has had hits, was in one of the biggest gril groups of all time, kind, enthusiastic, she ticks all the positive boxes i can think of for what a judge should be like on a show like this should be.

Has anyone got that list at hand of all the bootcamp songs we should be expecting then this weekend? :D

I know

'Rolling In the Deep'

is one of the songs! So

another boost for '21'/Adele in general then

:puke:

ugh. I'm dreading that. :(

You need to spoiler the song in your post, Karma. ;)

I don't know if that song being sung during bootcamp (or X Factor in general) is shocking enough to need spoilers.....

I agree, I guarantee that someone will moan though :(

 Oh yeah :P

True say, anything Adele related is obvious I guess. :heehee:

I've decided my favourite from the auditions so far has been Lascel, who sang Use Somebody, because i have a massive soft spot for Soul!

Nobody INCREDIBLE though for me so far, but bootcamp & live shows still to go which is where you can really make a full judgement.

Misha must go through to the live shows! She's my favourite so far.

Don't read this if you don't like knowing ahead (if you don't already know)

I don't think Lascel even gets to JH - if rumours are correct - he had laryngitis and didn't progress - despite his earlier performance. If true it is a shame - as they seemed to bend the rule for Cher when she was barely able to squeak at JH last year!

I think what happened was:

He did get to JH but he couldn't even talk, let alone sing, so they let him go there. I'd imagine they maybe replaced him? Or maybe just carried on with just 7 boys.

Real anti-climax of a final weekend imo - no one I really liked that much, I'm actually struggling to even remember them and I only watched them yesterday! :drama: my favourite was probably one of the Johns on the Saturdays show (particularly the one that sung Cannonball) (

also, if the overs spoiler is correct, then the category has truly become a joke, I do feel for the talented over 25s

)
