Louis will intentionally pick the worst people from his terrible bunch just to keep attention on him. Come the middle of live shows he will have no contestants and will prove that he needs to just go. He was saying that Carolynne had nothing to make her stand out and maybe she should try County and Western, what a tool as if that sells here. I will be vexed if she is dropped for one of those tone deaf slappers Goldie or Kitty.

No offence but you really cannot live in Hackney if you have never seen hairstyles like that. Misha is a confident performer but where has she shown a loud personality. She is softly spoken and you are being lazy in your attitude that she must be in your face which is superficial and stereotypical. Even during bootcamp, when was she loud or in your face?

Posting comments about Misha being compared to other black singers is fact, I have not made it up or even need to be sarcastic about it.

Wow, Kitty is 'tone deaf'? LOL. Granted, she had not so strong vocals and was a bit off most of the song (and she knew that, by her behaviour afterwards) but the audition was fantastic, as was her You've Got The Love part. Being an excellent singer is one thing but being NOT BORING (HAI CAROLYNNE, whose performances they didn't even show) is a very important factor as well. And people like Kitty have both of the qualities, let's be honest. The channel even showed like all 3 of her performances, almost in full each time, this year.

I do not doubt that Kitty (Katie-lite) is not boring compared to Carolynne. I do not want to watch 6 weeks of the mess that Kitty will clearly turn into. I think it is unfair on the likes of Carolynne.

Tbf, I think Kitty is a hell of alot more talented than Katie ever was.

Before this weekend, I thought nothing of James Michael. Actually, when he was names I didn't know who he was! Buttt, this weekend he really changed that and he's now my 2nd favourite. I'm going to make a VERY early prediction and say that he will be in the final 5 at least... :P

 

Also, I think Amelia or Jade (right now anyway) have the best chances of winning.. Janet is the bookies favourite, and both the girls are 2nd and 3rd favourite, which should work in their advantage.. If people are tuning in to watch Janet, and halfway through has a bad week or two *cough* Diana Vickers *cough* then Jade or Amelia could have an amazing week halfway through the series and go on and win it? :L

I think where Katie was false and trying to manipulate everyone into liking her with her stupid costumes and constant reinventions I can forsee Kitty being a FIERCE BITCH and owning everything she does. They both have a different kind of confidence. The kind Kitty has makes her a much better person and artisté.

I think the overs is my favourite category. The groups are awful bar Two Shoes because of hilarity. Can't remember many of the boys and I find the majority of the girls massively overrated especially on this site (Though I do like Amelia). In the overs I really like Sammi, Jonjo, Joseph, Terry, Carolynne and Kitty which is a shame because there's no way all of them can progress. Knowing Louis, Goldie and Jonny Robinson will sail into the live finals. Singing has nothing to do with it in this category. Now that we finally have a nearly decent overs group, it'd be nice to see them with a competent mentor.

I remember on the xtra factor he was going on about Carolynne needing something to make her different. I thought myself "you mean be a freak"

 

At least he truly will have to put Samantha through unless he's a complete twit. She's his only shot of winning. (not that I think Sammie will win even though I really like her. She's the best he's got)

 

I don't dislike Kitty the same way I disliked Katie, I find Kitty to be more funny and just sad than Katie who I found irritating and pompous. I did eventually grow to like Katie a little bit more near the end...I think she did get roasted unnecessarily a lot of the time.....on the other side I think I'll always find Kitty to be a bit of a joke.

For me, I really think that this is Jade's for the taking. She just ticks every box of the things you need to do well on this show:

 

1. Sob Story: Living in a field with sheeps and wanting to make her gran proud

2. Has the Su-Bo factor: Voice but not looks, people will be willing her to do well

3. The Scottish vote: Us Scots even managed to let Leon Jackson win for god-sake

4. Good start but not front runner: Third favourite to win, people tend to get sick of front-runners (Diana ect.)

5. THAT GIRL CAN SING.

 

I 100% agree with this. When she sang 'Someone Like You' at her first audition I was expected this massive performance but it did let me down slightly. However, after her group performance of 'You Got The Love' I became very impressed with her. Just a shame The Keys destroyed that performance with their TERRIBLE harmonies. :mellow: ...and the Poundshop Olly Murs doing some spazzing out and hardly audioable vocals. The other girl was good though. :D

 

Jade has her own style and identity, doesn't look like any other singer in the charts at the moment - not even Adele. She is my tip to win The X Factor at the moment. Is she currently the bookies fave to win? If so then...oh!!! :(

Katie was a HORRENDOUS singer. She was all hype and so little everything else. The fact she somehow had a record deal in the US is just laughable. Kitty is such a strong vocalist - some will probably ague she's too Christina Aguilera but her version of 'Feeling Good' was brilliant.

Geniunely stunned by that. If she did that each week I'd be championing her tbh. She should sing stuff like Regina Spektor, and maybe Bjork or Maria Mena (as if :lol:) to set herself apart rather than being Diana/Ellie pt. II.

Janet for me is the worse vocalist out of the girls. Sure, she comes across as a nice girl, but its all been done before. Her prounciation is completely copied from Ellie, and I would understand if Ellie was long gone and their was a space in the market there, but there isn't: Ellie is still top of her game (even though I am not keen on her), whats the point in having another one? Sophie, Misha, Amelia and Jade are miles ahead of Janet right now.

Janets voice has no range whatsoever she actually sounds like she needs a CPR team with an oxygen mask after she sings. She will get lots of hype and be the bookies favorite for awhile until it becomes obvious she is a one trick pony. Maybe one of the groups will surprise us and Tulisa manages to kick them into shape, it would be good for a group to win.

have to disagree here, I think less is more sometimes and Janet has a very nice voice but never overdoing it, I get far too sick of a million 'belters' every year, then again I love Diana and Ellie, so I may be biased :P I don't think she'll win though, as has been said, Jade looks very likely for that

 

don't really see the fuss with Frankie really, very average singer and not exactly likeable either
