I really can't wait for X Factor tomorrow - especially Tulisa and Gary. If the article above is right about Barlow then that'll be great too - we all love disagreement and arguments on the show to create drama :) Tulisa should be amazing and will hopefully bring in some more 'urban' acts, I can see Kelly being the new Dannii but she could be great too. Louis Walsh has his moments too but his acts last year were a bit $h!t£. (Wagner was funny the first time but it dragged on a bit) :manson: I didn't like Tesco Mary too, her voice was too shouty and I never got the love for it :puke:

Apparently Kelly already has a slot in the live shows, as does Tulisa - but she wants to use for her debut solo single instead of the planned N-Dubz performance.

Oh, and I'm soooooooo excited - 1 day to go :w00t: It's the best show on TV, I'm so glad it's back! Tulisa's gonna be AMAZING I can tell, she just has it in her to be the best judge, I know it! Kelly should be quite nice too, I imagine she'll be a mixture of Cheryl and Dannii and will probably end up the fan favourite judge. Gary will be pretty good as well, he has lots of knowlodge and I'm actually for him stopping the 'joke' acts getting through - Jedward were never funny and Wagner got incredibly boring after one live show. It's about talent really, I'd rather 12 Alexandra Burkes or 12 Matt Cardles than even 1 Wagner or 1 Jedward. I'm hoping for variety this year, another Cher type singer/rapper and maybe a female alternative/rocky kind of singer, I loved Ruth. Someone like Rebecca would be good too, a jazzy/soulful voice, as she was my fave last season.

I often get annoyed with myself for liking this as its so cliched and manufactured its unbelievable :( but I am genuinely looking forward to this, it entertains me to no end and the auditions are always a good laugh :D

I didn't realise Bones was back on tomorrow!

:P

This start at 7pm tomorrow yeah?

No, 8pm. It's only on for an hour and 15 minutes, usually the first audition show is longer :(

This could be classed as a spoiler (it contains detials of an audition tomorrow) so I'll tag it so as there's always someone who'll complain we've spoilt it :P:

Tulisa Contostavlos has admitted that she would have punched foul-mouthed X Factor act George Gerasimou ten years ago.

On the opening episode of the eighth series of the ITV1 reality show, Tulisa is branded a "dog" and "scumbag" by angry reject Gerasimou.

When asked by fans in a launch night Q&A if she felt like retaliating to the abuse and punching him, Contostavlos said: "Well if it was ten years ago, I would have. But I'm an X Factor judge now. I'm not allowed."

The audience member joked: "You could have got him outside."

Kelly Rowland backed up her co-star, describing Gerasimou as "a fool".

"You try to keep your cool and remember that you're an example," said the ex-Destiny's Child star.

"Just don't fall into that. How would it look if she acted the same way he did? She's much better and in a bigger position and she's blessed - why would she do that.

"Tulisa, I give her so much kudos... because where I'm from, we fight!"

OMFG, sounds amazing, can't wait - it'll be amazing, surely!

Och, the end of this clashes with Casualty :( Whens the repeat?

You're spoilt for choice - either 12:20am on ITV2, 2:10pm tomorrow on ITV1, 5:15pm tomorrow on ITV2 or Monday at 7:45pm on ITV2.

I shall be watching to see how the judges are, but I don't normally like the auditions stage and I don't think the live audience improved it at all.

I don't like the live audiences in BGT or The X Factor, there always so rowdy and are too quick to judge people! And it annoys me when they affect the judges' decisions.

 Wow.

Casualty finishes at 9.45 so I can actually tune in to STV+1 on my freeview so I don't miss any of it. :D

Yeah the live auditions are my least favourite part of the show actually! It annoys me when casual fans say they're the best bits for the 'funny contestants' when they're never really THAT funny.

It's funny you say that because both of my housemates just said they wouldn't watch with me unless it was the "funny audition part".

I completely agree, I don't find it funny to laugh at poor people who are quite clearly being exploited, even though they have mental problems. The auditions are by far my least favourite bit of the programme, even when they weren't live.

Still, saying that, I am very excited for tonight. I do like the auditions, don't get me wrong, especially when we see good people, but I just don't find them 'funny', to laugh at the peoples expense, unless something exciting happens like Aby & Lisa . I am really looking forward to seeing how Kelly and Tulisa do tonight, not bothered about Gary Borelow.

It's worse when it goes live. You have the mob constantly yelling in the background, and you can hardly hear the judges talk. It makes it bigger, but the audience is so.. grrr....

Anyway, will be looking forward to watching this tonight when we've had dinner, we've paused it for afterwards, so bowing out of this thread now.

the auditions were good at first and there is an odd laugh now and then, but it does annoy me how they focus so much on the bad contestants, not only does the novelty wear off, but the fact they are blatantly setting them up and ridiculing them

I already dont like this Frankie guy - you can tell he'll be put in a boyband. And those bum tatoos :puke:

He's an average singer - not bad but not overly good. Nice to see he's performing the underrated/better version of Valerie too :) (no offence Amy, R.I.P.)
