3. Pitbull

4. Tinchy Stryder

5. Ed Sheeran

6. Nicole Scherzinger

7. Alexandra Stan

8. LMFAO

9. Aloe Blacc

10. Bruno Mars

As combine in iTunes, Nicole is still outselling Alexandra Stan.

I don't know if Calvin Harris will make it to the top... will be close between the top 3 IMO.

Possibly even close between the top 5 if you through Tinchy and Daps into the mix + alot of the other songs in the top 10 have multiple versions out.

I can see pretty much all of em swapping places throughout the week

I know, but the promo boost can only last so long, I think she will fall below Alexandra by Tuesday and then chart lower by Sunday.

I still have this feeling where Nicole will beat Alexandra :P
when would have been the last time there was an all male top 5 (excluding kelis i suppose), let alone an all british male top 3?

Excluding the vocals of Lauren Bennett and Nayer, there was an all-male top 5 just 3 weeks ago.

No idea about all British male, but I can't see Tinchy or Ed overtaking Pitbull anyway.

Wow. I think Selena Gomez is climbing again! :o She could be another new entry in the top 40 next week.

I'm so happy for Tinchy and Dappy. I think the song is quite poor by their standards though. Especially Tinchy, I think some of his songs that flopped were much better than Spaceship.

Top 100 update.

tinchy and dappy will end up around 6 or 7 this week if they are lucky...cant see calvin harris at number 1 at the moment as example could still shift 100k this week

That seems unlikely given they're already at #4...

Ed sheeran did a signing session, it said on his twitter he sold 500 vinyl copies, he might be ytd #1 for vinyls now

Official edit of Katy Perry's new video : http://www.funnyordie.com/videos/a1451e2fd...ght-music-video

:cheer:

Katy for number 1 :cheer:

Katy Perry really has had an incredible era with 'Teenage Dream'. That's a brilliant music video and, unlike 'E.T.', the song itself is also one of her better singles.

It's got a good chance of giving Katy her 5th consecutive #1 single in US which must be some record?

The '4 consecutive #1s from one album' is a record so I'm sure 5 would be too. :P

I'm so proud of Katy! I've loved her ever since she broke out 'Thinking Of You'. This era has been a brilliant success with the most perfect release pattern (song-wise and date-wise).

Doesn't Michael Jackson still hold that record from 'Bad' or 'Thriller'?

And to be fair, Katy did have a non-album version of E.T that was used as the "main" one. Still incredible but I had to be pedantic.

Yes, he got 5 consecutive #1s from Bad, but I don't think a female artist has done it yet.

I'm sure Magic (the music channel) mentioned something about Mariah Carey having 4 consecutive US #1 singles in the early 90s.
