Posted June 16, 201114 yr I Hope that there will be a 5th International Single From Loud. The Only 1 that i can see being single worthy is Cheers(Drink To That)
June 16, 201114 yr :o It should be Complicated or Cheers, prefably Complicated but radios would be all over Cheers like a rash!
June 16, 201114 yr Umm, Man Down? That's only a US radio single, so could be furthered to full international single and it would be the best choice as it's climbing on UK iTunes w/o promo or airplay, just the vid. Just please not Cheers, 2nd worst on the album for me (Skin being the worst), though still a 7.5/10. Wouldn't mind if it was Complicated either, but two downtempos in a row isn't right. HAS to be Man Down. Edited June 16, 201114 yr by Liаm
June 16, 201114 yr Surely it has to be 'Man Down'? If she has ruled it out as an international single, hopefully 'Cheers (Drink To That)' will be the next single, will sound great in the summer!
June 16, 201114 yr Author I cant see Man Down doing very well in the UK. I have a feeling it would peak between 20-25. Cheers would be a great summer single and then she should release a brand new song for a re- release of loud for christmas.
June 16, 201114 yr I don't see huge success with Man Down. It will make top 20 though as Rihanna's singles never fail to make at least the top 20. I predict a re-release
June 16, 201114 yr Like Katy Perry she has pretty much had the perfect single choices, I'd say Cheers would do the best out of all four, but i'd love for the others to be singles. Cheers (Drink To That) Complicated Fading Skin Skin is an okay song, no way in hell it would be a good single.
June 17, 201114 yr I would go for Fading, assuming this is after Man Down, but to be honest, she's done enough from the album this era. It needs to be a re-release next, or skip straight to the next one. I like Cheers, but I don't think it would sell the album. Fading might (and I love it, which is why I chose it mainly), but that's the problem, there's so few left, it's got to the point where it's not worth it, and the number of singles outnumber the non-singles. June 18, 201114 yr Not even sure we'll get a 5th now tbh, she's re-releasing: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-vAT8UE2zapM/TfuUsQpkvRI/AAAAAAAAA18/2elxX1QC72o/s1600/Rihanna%20tweet.jpg
June 18, 201114 yr As much as I ADORE 'Fading' and 'Complicated', anything else other than 'Cheers (Drink to That)' as next single would be disastrous. Ideally it'll be 'Cheers (Drink to That)' next, with the début re-release single, (preferably the heavily rumoured Katy Perry DUET!) around the time X Factor live shows start, after that. I think that'd be ideal.
June 18, 201114 yr My votes goes to Cheer but my personal fav from the album has always been Fading. Whether it would do well as a single is debateable.
June 18, 201114 yr Cheers would be the only logical option, but I'd be very surprised if single #5 wasn't from a re-release.
June 19, 201114 yr Erm, NONE of them. All of those are bad songs, and all of them would fail to do big things... She should just have a break now and release a new album in 2012 - the only four/five good songs from the album have already been released.
