yeah i agree, its strange as gaga usually goes completely over the top in her videos and this one is the complete opposite.

saying that however, sometimes less is more and that is definately the case here

I haven't watched TEOG, but from the comments here I'm disapointed in it. GaGa can do much better :( Hopefully it'll recover a bit but I don't think it'll return to the T10, let alone re-peak (the US is a diffferent story)

I've heard that she fired the director Joseph Khan and she edited the video by herself...I don't know what was the issue though.

I still can't understand why music videos do not count on the charts :/

In your opinion maybe. And comparing it to the videos of the top 10 songs on iTunes, in MY opinion its far more beautiful and artistic than any of them (except maybe "the A-team"). Its just not typical 'Gaga' in terms of the big budget, epic style which we have all come round to expecting.

That's hardly surprising when it cost a few hundred thousand times what the video for 'A-Team' did, given that it was made for all of 20 quid!

I'm not surprised. Honestly, album tracks do really, really, really badly compared to what iTunes suggests. Every single time. Some have even gone top 20 and missed the top 40 officially.

 

Although I do think they must be close now. I think (and hope) they might make it by Sunday. They'll start to fall soon though. I think it'll be quite a while until it starts getting promoted on the radio, etc.

 

The Set Fire to the Rain video will help Adele a lot imo. Someone Like You got the most video airplay that a song has ever got without actually having an official music video, of ALL TIME.

Tbh, Wonder Years followed by Floor Fillers is just general bliss. :wub: A shame they have the news on for 15 minutes inbetween the two though. :drama: :(
