Meh, I was on about the character more than the actor.

I thought that episode was just so lovely. I actually got a bit teary when Darren was saying his goodbyes, especially with Tam. Also Vanessa was absolutely *amazing* in that scene at the Masoods. What a woman.

So Darren left and didn't even say goodbye to or remember about his son?

I never really rated Darren before but last night was TREMENDOUS. Also did anyone else get so happy when Faith got a nice hard slap? I hope she isn't in it for very long, truly awful character, more annoying than KIM.

Last night was Faith's last appearance in the main show :D E20 began last night too. CRAP as per but I like Ava, I wouldn't mind her moving over to EastEnders.

There are no 'opinions' when it comes to THE GOLD. There is only FACT and that is that she is a heavenly creature! You need to reassess your life young man.

Im opposite i wish Vanessa would stay longer. In a way i think darren deserved julis theme as he has been there a long enough time, while i like jane she got julias theme even though she wasnt leaving as such, but then on the opposite end of the scale darren was never a major major charactor so i can see why he didnt get julia;s theme.

 

I was surprised by his exit as in it wasnt him and mickey leaving together, im delighted mickey was only back for 2 episodesd i always thought he was hugely over rated to begin with and was happy he was axed at the time.
