one of the strangest misses why Their Saturdays 'One Shot' was not a single or even the first single of the 2nd album, amazing song BUT 'died in your arms' had hit all over it as well

Nicole Scherzinger Cold not even on the album? Yet should be the next single, haunting and amazing! As good as dont hold your breath! I actually still can not believe this is not on the album and not about to be a single a complete waste!!! if you havent heard it, treat yourself! nicole play

I'm really surprised Robbie Williams didn't release "Heart and I" from his greatest hits, it's one of the best things he's ever done....actually it would make a great X Factor winner's single!

Speaking of X Factor winners, Alexandra Burke's 'Goodnight Good Morning (feat. Ne-Yo)' should have been released instead of 'Broken Heels' imo. It had hit written all over it and was the R&B I wanted her to come out with.

Alexandra Burke - Perfect

Jay Sean - Far away

Paloma Faith - Stargazer

Alesha Dixon - Can I Begin

Mariah Carey - Side effects

JoJo - Exceptional

James Morrison - This Boy

Britney spears - Hot as ice, Ooh ooh baby, Out from under, Kill the lights, Amnesia

Beyonce - Be with you, Hello

Taylor Swift - Fearless, Breathe

Gavin DeGraw - Untamed, Lover be strong

Jasmine Sullivan - One night stand, After the hurricane

Whitney Houston - Like i never left (her i look to you era was poorly handled)

Lady GaGa - Starstruck, Dance in the dark, Beautiful dirty rich, The Fame, Boys Boys Boys

Chipmunk-Superstar

Alexandra Burke ft Bruno Mars-Before It Explodes

Keri Hilson-Turn my Swag on

Maybe not a massive hit, but Kings of Leon could have released "Crawl" or "Closer" instead of "Revelry" - Revelry went top 40 on little more than reputation and blanket airplay and was probably the reason the far superior "Notion" went on to flop.

Kylie Minogue - Disco Down (Light Years), Obsession (Body Language)

Alanis Morissette - Citizen of The Planet & Straightjacket (Flavors of Entanglement) COTP would have been an amazing 1st single from the album :(

Jennifer Lopez - Stay Together - One of the best from Brave, would have done quite well I think

Now that we're talking about Mariah, MIGRATE had to be single! It was such a stupid mistake not to release it, it couls've been huge, especially in the USA.

Also, Side Effects could've been big. E=MCˇ2 was handeled so bad.

Also, Beyonce's Radio.

Christina Aguilera - Understand, Slow down baby

Keri Hilson - Change me

Pink - Long way to happy

Natasha Bedingfield - Pirate Bones

The Saturdays - Chasing lights, Fall

Lily Allen - Everything's just wonderful

Dionne Bromfield - Tell Him

Amy Winehouse - You sent me flying

Kylie Minogue - Disco Down (Light Years), Obsession (Body Language)

Alanis Morissette - Citizen of The Planet & Straightjacket (Flavors of Entanglement) COTP would have been an amazing 1st single from the album :(

Jennifer Lopez - Stay Together - One of the best from Brave, would have done quite well I think

Ooh, yes! I love Kylie's Disco Down! Perhaps that instead of Please Stay?

alexandra burke - what happens on the dancefloor

Selena gomez - spotlight  so under rated

It was sort of bad timing with Alicia Keys's pregnancy and her album singles. I think that Wait Till You See My Smile and Unthinkable were both released as joint singles at Christmas but she didn't promote at all. Put It In A Love Song would have made a great Summer song as well. I think that nearly all the ballads on The Element Of Freedom should have been singles. Here's what I felt she should have released in order:

1. Doesn't Mean Anything

2. Empire State Of Mind Part II (wasn't intended as a single and was only out in UK I think)

3. Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart

4. Put It In A Love Song (with Beyonce) [Released June-August]

5. Unthinkable (I'm Ready) [Released November]

6. Wait Till You See My Smile or Distance & Time [Released March]

I always think of Gwen when it comes to this question, Danger Zone and Wonderful Life would have made brilliant singles imo.

Sugababes' Ace Reject was rather great too and should have been a hit.

Ke$ha - Cannibal, Sleazy & Dinosaur

Lady GaGa - Dance In The Dark

Dance In The Dark was released as a single in Australia. It charted at #24 but probably could've been higher with a video

Cruise Control- Kylie Minogue Ftr Sean Paul :cheer:

Forever - Jennifer Lopez
