July 30, 200619 yr Author 12 (from 9) Paolo Nutini - Last request http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/atuk034cdx.JPG Hailing from Paisley, 19 year old singer/songwriter Paolo Nutini fuses together his diverse influences of David Bowie, Oasis, the Beatles, U2, Pink Floyd and Fleetwood Mac into a stirring and enchanting concoction. 'Last Request', his debut single, is an uplifting ballad that fits into the same category as James Blunt's 'You're Beautiful' and Daniel Powter's 'Bad Day', adding a very strong, laid-back, distinctive and soulful vocal. - HMV track listing * 1.
