It's quite an old song. Originated as a (mostly) instrumental song with a couple of raps from Foreign Beggars shoehorned on for the single release.

No, despite the longevity its had, it never got top 40 officially! :o Although it did spend quite a lot of time in the top 40 on iTunes. Just kept missing out every week.

I know it has Justin Bieber on it, but I honestly really like this and hope it can be really big. The video is just great. I predict another top 10 for Chris :w00t:

 

Ohhhhh, I have just realised that SoundGirl are actually rising :o? They fell down to #46 yesterday and now have risen up to #39 which I think is their iTunes peak. They also have a second version still at #258, mabye they can actually stay in the top 40.

After shooting up iTunes over the latter part of last week, I was convinced this would go top 10 on iTunes early this week but it narrowly missed out when GaGa got there first and I actually thought it had missed its chance.

 

Now come on and shoot up higher in the top 10 now, this song is too good to peak outside the top 10 - hopefully it can get a top 5 peak overall. Video is awesome for this song, my favourite video of all time almost :wub:

I hope Enrique can get top 40 with his new one... Not because I like it (pun unintentional) because I'm not a massive fan; but because Radio 1 haven't playlisted any of his songs this era and he has had three top 10s so far and I'm glad he can achieve success without Radio 1...
